Julianna Family Furniture

This is my place to go whenever I need furniture. The owners are very helpful, kind, and respectful. Respect goes a long way for me. I've gone to many different furniture places where they are rude and could care less about their customers. At Julianna Furniture, the owners treat their customers like gold. They helped me with custom made chairs and sofas. I wanted to test the quality over the years before writing this review. The quality is excellent! I paid such a good price for the quality. It felt too good to be true, ut surprisingly, it was too good and so true. I've had the furniture for about five years now, and it is still in great shape! This is always going to be the first place I come to for furniture.

I have not buy anything yet. They have very good furniture. The employees are so kind and supportive. I am sure that I will get all my requirements from them ... l love there taste. Very recommended

Bought furniture YEARS ago and had a decent experience. This time around staff was not helpful and acted as though we were bothering them throughout the purchase and delivery. Paid for everything including delivery. Then when furniture is to be delivered the store tells us there will be an additional cost for setup….. the day it is to be delivered… All cost should be disclosed from the beginning! Delivery men were not equipped to carry the furniture ended damaging our stairs and freshly painted white walls. If you do decide to purchase don’t but if you do, arrange for your own delivery and pay a handy-man to assemble.

I would give a zero if I could, and sue them if I had the time and energy to. These guys really tested my patience and intelligence by selling me OLD damaged furniture (please see the attached pictures). PLEASE save your time and money and go somewhere else, these guys are CROOKS and LIARS (the good reviews put on here recently are probably paid reviews, or from family/friends. Scroll down further and you will see the truthful, bad ones, which I wish I had seen before). So the story is that I purchased a custom-made bed and Louis style chair that I wanted to use as an accent chair in my room. The guy I was dealing with told me that they would make me a new chair (which you would think is obvious as I was shopping and paying for NEW furniture), but they gave me the same OLD model chair on the floor- which had been sitting OUTDOORS with marks, scratches and dirt on it. It was unbelievable. I am sure that even a used furniture store would not sell you something in that condition. Instead of accepting the dishonesty, the guy yelled at me and told me I was a tough customer (apparently for wanting a NEW chair that I had PAID money for). So then he tried laughing it off when he saw that I'm no fool and told me he would make me another chair, as a 'favour', umm excuse me WHAT? Two weeks later, I was presented with another scratched up chair, this time with the wrong upholstery. The guy then had the audacity to yell at me for making him change the chair 2-3 times (it was only once, and because it was the same OLD chair, but these guys obviously can't count and are LIARS). All in all, UNBELIEVABLE. I only made the mistake of shopping here because I wanted a custom-made bed. And the finishing of the bed was terrible (staples showing, the back of the headboard had dirt and stains on it, the platform panels were dirty and chipped and not delivered with the bed, I could go on and on). I paid market value for the items (prices comparable to the bigger stores) so nothing was cheap. I have now learned my lesson and will stick to the big brand stores that I have always shopped at. Everything is of poor quality here, from the service to the workmanship to the people. End story is that these people are extremely dishonest and rude. It's no wonder that their business seems to have hit rock bottom as they are operating out of their factory warehouse. PLEASE save your time and money and go to an actual reputable store where you will get good products and service and not be treated rudely and get yelled at when THEY MESS UP. TERRIBLE.

I don't generally bother with typing out reviews, and to be fair it has been over a year since my experience. The combined ownership and sales teams were wonderful at the time of selling, but horrible to my entire family after that. Shouting at us, hanging up our phones, lying about delivery times and return policies. At one point someone on the phone yelled at us to come pick up our our deposit money, and when we got there began to scream (actual screaming) that they don't do refunds. I actually had to call the police before the apparently wife of the owner calmed us all down and promised a refund, for which I had to wait 2 hours in store. Google reviews apparently seem to be a mix of 1 stars that mirror my experience, or 5 stars - I wonder if you can buy reviews?

We bought a "brand new" dining set and a 3 seater sofa. We had complains about the chairs and he said he would get us a new one but have us ones that were way worse and the sofa was bent within the second week, he said he would change them but never came

They need more than 5 stars. Got a living set from them at a nice price. During the delivery the sofa had some damage and they exchanged it and even gave us the option of upgrading to some of their expensive furniture for a small difference. They did all that smiling and jokingly. They are a blessing to meet and you will never regret dealing with them. We got our first set from them 12 years ago and by God's Grace will get in a fresh one in before 2030 from them again Well after a year plus we had this big tear and since we are unable to fix we have to buy new set from Wayfair with a five year warranty. I got 2 love seats and 1 sofa of faux leather for 1800.00 all inclusive - taxes, delivery, set up, arrangement and warranty.

After a recent move, I decided to outfit my new home with some new furnishings. Nothing really struck me at any of the typical big box stores, but then one day I happened to be driving by Julianna Furniture and decided to stop in. At first I was expecting to see the same inventory as elsewhere, but was surprised to discover they had a variety of styles which I hadn't seen anywhere else, at a variety of price-points. I ended up finding a dining room set I was crazy for immediately, and was able to negotiate a very favourable price. I couldn't be happier with the set- everyone who visits comments on the very unique and attractive style. In addition to the dining set, I also got a full sofa/loveseat/chair set for my living room, which is made of a very premium feeling leather- I almost prefer falling asleep on the sofa to my bed, it's just so comfortable. Lastly, we also ended up getting a bedroom set for the guest bedroom, and it's so nice that I've decided to get a similar (but bigger) one for the master. I'm aware they also do custom work and look forward to exploring that later on as well. The staff were honestly all so attentive and fair, not pushy at all (which they definitely can be at other stores)- I couldn't have asked for an easier and more pain-free transaction than the one I had... all during Covid, no less! I will be sure to recommend Julianna Furniture to any friends and family looking for quality furnishings!
