They are extraordinarily knowledgeable in every machine and are so kind and accommodating. Thank you to you guys for going above and beyond, making my spray machines perfect again, whenever I have needed the help!

I’m a professional painter, and my sprayer had been on the fritz for two days. It was causing major delays in my work and driving me absolutely insane. I had tried everything I could think of to fix the poor quality of finish I was suddenly experiencing. I called Steeles Paint in hopes they’d have some idea on how to solve my problem. Luckily, Joe picked up my call. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me. He took extra steps, such as asking other knowledgeable members of staff how I might remedy this issue. He was friendly, gave me his time without hesitation and legitimately helped me solve the problem. Steeles Paint has always been a preferred store of mine (and I’ve frequented many); but today, Joe really closed the gap between good service and an exceptional experience in my books. Thanks Joe. Some stain samples have changed colour over time. Then they have the best stain matching service. If I want to find a stain to match my hardwood flooring for the stairs, I go there. The wallpaper selection us the best. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

A big thanks goes out to Bob for being a fountain of information and reassurance that we could take on this job ourselves. He offered all the right tools, tips and advice for first timers.
