★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalled by the lack of care towards their pets. Having multiple different pets in our family, this is no way to treat them. I cannot imagine how long it’s been since the water had been changed in these cups until I mentioned it to the manager who said they would do it (yesterday night) So many bettas are barely swimming and multiple are dead (while still on the shelf!?). Her response was “I understand it’s not a way to present them”..no…It’s not a way to treat PETS at your job at a PET store. Short staff is also no excuse, many stores have been short staffed throughout years of this pandemic and I have never seen this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped us to adopt 3 wonderful kittens and made sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back to get more food and toys! The staff are passionate about animals and it shows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has many of the items you need to prepare your home for your new puppy or kitten. Grooming and training services are available in the store. It is clean, well stocked and plenty of staff were available to help. The have a good selection of fish, tanks and accessories.
