It's Sunday afternoon, it is said they open until 5pm, confirmed both in their voicemail and the post on the door. I arrived at 3:30pm, but guess what? This clinic is closed, with no any sign/info. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took appointment for cardiology. I did my payment with debit card. I could not get my receipt because receptionist mistake. they kept wait me 3 hours. No solution. the receptionist ask me to pay again but this time cash. she asked me double payment. Something is going on there. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phones are never picked up when I try to contact the clinic. I have been trying to get in touch with the reception to book an appointment for around 2 hours now. The third time I called, I was out on hold for over 5 minutes and then the call just cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a specific concern, like need specific medicine, don't waste your time here. I came in with all papers in hand and needed to get antibiotic for after surgery complication... the doc said he cannot do it, because he has to do xray, run some tests and then decide if he will give you anything and he doesn't care what procedures you had done today and what complications are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic was very clean, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, and the doctor was a good listener, quick with the diagnosis and treatment. Compared to some of the other clinics in the city, they deserve a 100/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to this place if you don't want to waste your time!!! Their reception is totally lack of time management! I booked an appointment one week ago for a full body check for today at 1pm. And when I arrive on time today, she told me there's four people in lane in front of me, I said I have an appointment and she said oh then there's one person in front of you. SO I waited for 45 minutes and asked again for that is happening...SHE SAID THERE ARE STILL TWO PERSON IN FRONT OF ME IN THE ROOM!!?? I just want to ask, WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND STILL WAIT FOR MORE THAN 45 MINUES???? so, I turned away.
Update: Dr. Sarah called me back at 3pm, she is professional, nice and cares about her patient. It was the management's problem, not hers. So I fixed my review from 1 to 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with Maple Walk-in was a breeze. Phoned in and the receptionist was friendly, was able to get a phone consult with a doctor within 20 minutes of initial phone call. The Dr I spoke with was lovely and thorough with her questions . Overall very positive experience.
