★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought almost 40 1 gallon emerald cedars a few weeks ago and the plants were well watered and taken care of and the service was great! i had to go to a couple different lowes and a rona to get the rest of the cedars i needed and none of the other stores even came close to the service and quality of plants as this store

Much like other hardware stores however, you're more likely to run into the ghost of Christmas past than you are an available employee if you need help with something but I would say that is pretty standard for big hardware stores. Cashier was friendly and quick good experience overall

The person who I spoke with is Victor, he looks young but very much knowledgeable about what he was talking about. He also answered my questions with great solutions to what I was concern about. There was no lineup and no hassle when finding items.

We got the associate Reza assisting us to locate what the wall lights we were looking for and he also provided further suggestion & direction to get the proper light bulbs. When we were at the counter, another young associate Krystal helping out to check out. She was very polite and welcoming. Will definitely visit this location again.
