We went upstairs and looked at a sample display, but after 20 minutes, we still didn't see anybody. We went back downstairs and out into the shop floor where we heard some voices, and finally found an employee, but he was with another customer. We waited around and thought he come see us afterward, but instead somebody else got his attention. This happened a few times which was disconcerting. However, he was helpful when we finally got his attention, except that we learned they only sell the stone, and don't do any fabricating or installations. He said he would email a recommendation to us, but we never heard from him again.

I visited all the stores around Richmond Hill and Vaughan and couldn't find the right one until I found Vicostone. They had stunning selections and the quality is superb. The owner took good care of my business and it was a great experience working with professionals like him who really care. You should definitely go to Vicostone for your countertops/backsplashes. You're gonna love it.
