The place is very organized and clean and the prices were very visible. We were approached by a couple sales associates if we needed any help. Everyone was wearing masks because of COVID.

We were able to return a few leftovers. The wait to pick up stuff is a bit long but everything went very well. I can't understand the bad reviews here. There are places much worse. I totally recommend.

Pros - huge selection of tiles (they got 2 stores) - prices are great - customer service tries to be genours when they releazed they messed up Cons - horrible with inventory control I picked up my tiles a week after purchase, and they sold out on one of the tiles I purchase so they gave me couple other similar options to pick from which worked out very well So make sure to pick up your tiles when you purchase them to avoid disappointment - wrong orders (receipts) They charged me full price but missed giving me the pink slip for one of the tiles but after a long investigation, they figured out they messed up and gave me my tiles So make sure to check your receipt with all the tiles and the right amount before purchase - unorganized inventory between the 2 stores **At pick up count the tiles and make sure you got all the tiles.

I was treated as with respect and provided good advice quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this vendor to any homeowners or professionals. Drove for 45 minutes to get to the store, turns out they had neither. Hour and a half driving round trip for nothing, will be telling my contractor that recommended them to stop doing it.

Patricia was super amazing- giving me the space to think, to helping me pick the tile, ending in a checkout. Love the selections they have. For the same quality, the price point is similar to the big box chain stores.And, you get to see everything you need in one place. Wish I had visited sooner.
