We also enjoyed and welcomed the support from Marta - very professional, experienced and provided us with recommendations. F	F A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware - the service is only good until you make a deposit. After sales service is terrible. Dealing with the manager was a nightmare! The products we purchased also ended up being very poor quality when they arrived, but that is a manufacturer issue and we are not rating Chair Source based on that - but unfortunately it wasn't even worth putting up with the terrible customer service for cheaply made furniture. So much for trying to support a local business....

I still have the chairs I bought here more than 20 years ago and they look almost new. Now I needed new counter height chairs and looked at Chair Source online. What a fantastic selection! It's hard to choose. I made an appointment; chose the style; chose the fabric and can hardly wait for them to arrive. Marta made it such a pleasure to do business. She was patient, knows her products and couldn't be nicer. Thanks for making my visit so great!

Marta was extremely attentive, efficient, and overall lovely to work with. Robert was just as helpful and kind.
