★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I are currently renovating our home. We were recommended the Tile Shoppe by one of our contractors and we are extremely happy about the quality of service and their products! Apart from the low prices, our consultant Amir was extremely helpful and he is very passionate about what he does. He is knowledgeable about what he does and is was always happy to answer any of our questions. Definitely would recommend purchasing tiles at this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service today was anything but service. I went in to buy some basic supplies. Maybe if I were buying tile the service would be better. When I first arrived the staff were too busy hanging out without masks to bother to speaking with me. When I finally got someone's attention it seemed like he'd rather go back to his be buddies. The staff refused to help saying that my contractor should tell me exactly what to buy despite the fact that he sent me there. When I asked for their guidance, I was told to go to Rona.
Honestly, don't waste your time. There are other stores right in the area that actually care about their customers needs. I ended up at Rivalda. The service and support was fast, attentive and amazing. Even if I paid a few bucks extra, I don't care.
Business is all about relationships.

I always rely on Mel at the Jane St location to guide me on my flooring choices. He has TONS of experience with flooring and really knows how to ensure I am buying the best flooring for my needs. The Tile Shoppe has excellent quality products and Mel is always helpful and knowledgeable. I do not shop anywhere else.

Not only is he helpful in choosing tile, he also has tips on how to install them. His knowledge, professionalism and friendly manner are why we always buy our tiles and flooring from The Tile Shoppe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was absolutely horrendous when I went recently, which was a drastic change from the previous time I was there. When I went in November, the staff couldn't wait to help me choose out a tile, but at that time, I was simply browsing. But it was nice to receive help considering other tile shops along Jane didn't give my boyfriend and I the time of day.
However, the past weekend was a complete 180. No one wanted to help, they were standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves and playing with their phone. I asked if I needed to make an appointment in order to get service and the staff looked offended. I even had to bring the tile up to checkout myself because no one would do anything. Then they would all just mumble something or point or nod - it's as if they can't communicate, which is baffling since they're sales people.
I will not be returning even if the price was relatively reasonable. Rivalda has WAY better service than this.
EDIT: ALSO THE FREAKING INVOICE ISN'T EVEN CALCULATED CORRECTLY!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use The Tile Shop for a while and I always get very good service at reasonable prices is a lot of tile stores in that area but I always ended up in the tile shop for the service and the prices. Eugene is very dedicated and make sure my orders are on time. I would recommend The Tile shop for the variety of tiles, good service and prices. Keep it up guys !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are renovating our new house and after lots of research and a dozen of trips to different stores we finally found the perfect tile and laminate. The laminate was very easy to install, easy enough for my husband who is DIYer to install two floors in 3 days. We loved the product selections and we had the most exceptional customer experience. Eugene, our consultant was very skilled and patient. He answered all of our questions and found what we were looking for right from the start. We highly recommend the Tile Shoppe and if you are there ask for Eugene for the best shopping experience.
