A	Abigail Fernandes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible workmanship by Vadym Churay of Moscone Tile. They did our kitchen, and all three bathrooms. Vadym installed crooked tiles around our soaker tub. The silicone work was all over the tile and filthy. The piping was cut and exposed sharp edges that cut my 11 month old. The shower stalls in all bathrooms had the same dirty silicone work. The floors of the shower stall are missing grouting and so we can't use the shower. The tiles in the main bathroom were cut badly by the vent and all the grouting is crumbling around the floor vent (into our ventilation system). And there is hazing in every area. Vadym showed up to fix the problems... Replaced some tiles, but did not install them properly or finish grouting them. They sent another guy who actually spent a good day fixing Vadym's bad silicone job in the shower stall and fixing the tiles by the vent. This guy did good work and admitted that Vadym's work was infact horrible. He even sent pictures back to his company. Today, Vadym showed up to fix the problem presumably, with no work order and no idea what he was doing at our house. How Moscone tile can hire such incompetence and have a trade who.does such shoddy work is beyond me.

Carol was simply wonderful in giving us advice in selecting the tile scheme (floor, shower floor, walls and trim) for our master bathroom. Service was excellent. Choice of quality products! J	John P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought tiles here for the whole main floor of my house. It was a huge order of 24x24 tiles for a 3000+ sq ft home. They claimed that they were made in Italy and the best quality money can buy. We picked them up, the next day the tile setter installed them. After washing them we noticed that all the tiles were stained and blotched. Was difficult to tell when we purchased them due to the dust. We went to them the next day and would only give us the run around. They finally came to my house to see them, they agreed that they were a defective product but told us they only sell the tile, so nothing they can do. They told us they would contact the manufacturer and have them send someone out to take a look at them. The person came out only to tell us we would have to pay $5000 to have them fixed. The manufacturer refused to pay, and so did Moscone tile. Even when we offered to pay for half the repair, they refused. These people are crooks, and they do not deserve a penny from anybody. Horrible products, even more horrible people.

J	Jay Piwo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was contracted to install the tiles in my new-build home. Floor tiles were done well, but our master ensuite was another story. They installed the glass-encased quartz jambs not straight. Then they tiled the entire shower based off of those non-plumb jambs. The tiles in the shower are all crooked. Luckily I had a warranty and they were called to fix it. They replaced the jambs, but did not fix all the crooked shower tile. Moreover, I found out the hard way that the way they "fixed" the shower jambs, was by installing it a bit lower over the crooked tiles (so that they didn't have to replace the tiles), and then covered it up with caulking. When the glass shower guys came back to replace the glass, it was now too big. What's more is that the tile guy said he would be back the next day (Tuesday). He never came. We called and they said he couldn't make it and so he'll be there on Wednesday. He never came. To this day, they guy never returned. Short story: stay away from this company and their shotty craftsmanship. They will do anything they can to cut corners. They do not pride themselves on doing it right the first time, nor fixing their mistakes. Save yourself the time and agony and go with someone else.

I was very impressed with both David and Alessia on their costumer service. They were very helpful, professional and patient as it took me awhile to decide which tiles I wanted. I would like to thank them both for all their help. I would highly recommend Moscone Tile for your tile needs.

They helped me put 2 bathrooms together along with my kitchen, fireplace, and foyer. Once i placed my order i received all my tiles within 3 days delivered to my house with no issues. Highly recommend. A+ service, A+ quality, and great company to deal with!
