I have been going to Ciot for several years for anything I require with respect to tiling. I’ve worked on dozens of projects big and small, and I know that I can count on Alyssa to anticipate my needs. I trust her wholeheartedly, she has an innate understanding of my style and preferences, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. She always takes the uniqueness of each project into account, presents me with various options, and often works within tight budgets and timelines. I’m truly appreciative of Ciot and Alyssa, and they have never let me down. Their customer service is unsurpassed, and I consider them an integral part of my business operations. I recommend them without any reservations.

I had the most amazing tile shopping experience at Ciot. Ciot is such a beautiful store, with a grand selection of tile. Very clean space, neatly organized and beautiful selection. Not to mention the amazing customer service provided by Alexia! Alexia is by far the best consultant! Thank you Alexia for all of your wonderful assistance! This warehouse offers the excellent variety of natural and manmade stones and tiles. They have beautiful collection of tiles and slabs suitable for kitchen, bathrooms showers, fireplace walls and any where else you need, indoor or outdoor. Most of their salespersons are knowledgeable and helpful. We had a very great experience there. Definitely will go back for our next projects.

I was fortunate to have Alex as my sales associate at Ciot. She was extremely patient kind and highly professional. She recommended many excellent tile options for our renovation and was always willing to offer me different options as my designs evolved. She returned my emails promptly and when I had an issue with deliveries or returns she assisted me in resolving them. I really enjoyed working with Alex and I look forward to working with her again.

My wife and I had a great experience getting tiles from Ciot. Alyssa V. was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping us pick tiles for 3 bathrooms, front and side foyers. We would definitely recommend.

Great management at this location. Alyssa is one of the floor managers and she handled our issue with orders so great. I was worried when our order was canceled somehow on their system and they didnt have the tile We wanted anymore. Alyssa took care of everything in a very professional manner and very time efficient. We got the original tile ordered very quick. I highly recommend this location

We are a young couple and this is our first full home Reno that we have done. We decided to go to Ciot as per a recommendation of a friend. We ended up buying tiles for our foyer and 2 large format tiles for a fireplace mantle (white golden marble lux). We had to hire a separate contractor who specialized in large format wall tiles for the fireplace. When the big slabs arrived , one was slightly chipped from the top of the slab but we were pressed for time to install because of contractor availability, so my husband instructed the contractors to unload, and within 5 seconds of picking up the slab, it broke in half. The other slab was easily offloaded. The situation was explained to the showroom manager and he was nice enough to send a replacement the next day. I’m sure management was well aware that the slab was loaded wrong by Ciot. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong tile the second time , but because they are large format tiles and need to be stacked against each other until they are to be cut , no one would know until they are installed. After installing I noticed I was sent the wrong tile and now I had one piece from 2 different pairs in the tile collection. After explaining this to the manager and our sales person and sending them clear and obvious pictures , they told me ‘once I hang my TV up it will be less noticeable’. We had to pay $1250 to install each slab plus the cost of the expensive slabs and now management will barely offer us a discount on a new slab let alone compensate us for this massive mistake. Everyone makes mistakes but to earn a reputation to be the best tile company you need to own up to them. What a disaster on our new home full rebuild. Do not recommend.

If you are looking for a right place for buying tiles and stone, Ciot is the best in Toronto and I do recommend to work with Alyssa one of the best salesperson who is knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and also can guide you to get the best option match with your budget! She will take care of you if you might have any issues or questions after your delivery! My whole experience has been amazing
