terrible product...chips easily...stains easily...hard to clean. I purchased the countertop through Ikea Burlington, Installed by Surfaceworx (Milton) who did a terrible job and damaged the counter and other kitchen finishes. Neither Surfaceworx, Ikea or Caesarstone would make any reparations for the poor product and install. Very disappointed in my long-awaited dream kitchen.

This is the second time I have installed Caesarstone quartz for my kitchen counter-top. I was very pleased with the first one - beautiful + easy to maintain and keep clean. I moved into my current house and decided to redo the kitchen. This time i had the 'pure white' installed. In no time, there were stains that I could not remove. I called up Customer Service. Diana Tanzi responded promptly. She's professional and knowledgeable. Yesterday, a technician came and he showed me how to remove the stains. Thanks all. I love my kitchen and my counter-top.

Caesarstone has a lot of modern designs products such as the brand new leathered touch concrete style series, the texture and touch is better the rest of competitors on the market.

My counter top cracked after 7mths and Ceasarstone did NOTHING!!!! I had my kitchen redone in the summer of 2018. I fell in love with the Ceasarstone White Attica for my counter top. the counter was installed in September of 2018. In april 2019 (7 months later), I noticed a crack in the surface. I called up my interior designer and because we had the counter top ordered through ceasarstone, we had to go through them. My interior designer tried several times to get a hold of them. Finally I called in and I was told Ceasarstone will not do anything. not replace it or fix/fill in the crack. I highly recommend you to not use Ceasarstone if they are not willing to stand by there product or help with customer care. my house if almost 40 years old, so my home had settled long time ago. I only have a knife set, a couple of containers & a toaster on this surface. bad service, bad product!!!! picture is of the crack and the when the kitchen was completed.

The countertop looked great for 3-4 years. After that we detected two chips on the edges and a few pinholes and marks in different places. I contacted Stonehedge, the installer, who referred me to Caesarstone. Caesarstone responded timely and asked for pictures. They response was that the chips on the edges were caused by impact and the pinholes are wear and tear, some may be by cutting. Nothing covered by warranty. They offer to send a technician, with charge. The fact is that the chips on the edges can be caused by impact but I compare with Granite, which I had for 20 years and no chips whatsoever showed up with the same type of use, nothing. This material is definitely weaker than Granite and they give no warranty, everything will be dismissed as wear and tear or “impact”. I do not recommend this product . Stay with teal granite.

Extremely disappointed, as this is the provider for IKEA countertops, we assumed they would be reputable. Significant delays in getting our product to the fabricator, Customer Service rep Karina Critch does not respond to calls or emails after weeks of trying to contact. We decided to cancel the order, but still no contact from them. Avoid them at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought our Quartz Countertop through IKEA and it felt like the money we saved going to them we earned by doing all the work ourselves to get in contact with someone. After a week of crickets we called and IKEA gave us the contact number for a rep at Caesarstone who's mailbox was consistently full. I will definitely be posting another review if I don't hear back from them soon. Ikea needs to reconsider them as a third party distributor if this is how they handle their customers.

Terrible Experience and still waiting for installation! After visiting the Vaughan showroom, I decided to proceed with installation through Caesarstone.  I was told that once the template measurement was taken, it would take about 10 business days for installation.  Everything seemed fine, I was happy with the contract and arrangements. The template measurement  was booked on April 12.  Prior to this date I informed my salesperson that I decided to go with a larger nosing than originally planned.  He said no problem and instructed me to contact the installer.  I did.  The installer told me to contact my salesperson.  So, I called my salesperson back and he said he would take care of it.  I received a confirmation email from CS Connect confirming an installation date of April 29.  One week prior to the installation date, I contacted my salesperson to confirm the April 29 date.  He confirmed.  No one showed up on the installation date.  I made arrangements to take the day off work, to have my contractor present as well as a plumber (a very expensive day!).  I called my salesperson, no answer.  I called the installer directly and they said "we don't have any installations booked for today".  They also said "we haven't started your order".  Turns out that the installer was waiting for the material! I know this is a long post but it gets worse.... The salesperson blamed the installer for not contacting me with a new install date.  Totally unprofessional.  My salesperson should be handling this. He told me that a manager would call me back.  The manager told me that there was a defect in the slab and that is why the order was delayed!  What?  The installation would happen during the week of May 9th. Today is May 10. After several phone calls and emails,  I am still waiting for Caesarstone to confirm an installation date.  It's been almost a month since the template measurement. I'm so disappointed.  I have no faith that the installation will happen this week as I was promised.  I also question the quality of the product.  How could Caesarstone send a defective slab to the installer and not advise me of the delay? Still waiting...... Never again.
