The management needs to talk to the delivery and pick area people and get them to practice their customer service cause 1: don’t make someone wait over and hour 2: don’t have attitude. Honestly never had so much trouble before with something like this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered some of the slate tiles from Impex Stone and Tile - as it turned out we needed an extra box and Ila's service in getting these tiles to us was excellent. Very helpful and very customer focused. Will definitely shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very wary of this tile store. Worst customer service I have ever received. We bought all our tiles for our new build home Sara sold us slabs of tile that were not good to work with ,3 tilers refused to install tiles. Asked for a refund would absolutely not take them back . Sent me an email stating it was my responsibility to send the slab of tile back + 25% restocking fee…… is that not part of the cost l??? Make sure you do your research and ask clearly what there refund return policy is . We ended up going down the street to get our tiles for 1/2 the price Impex was charging. If you need proof of email sent just ask

The Salesperson Sara was really helpful in giving suggestions for my home renovation,and I would be buying all the tiles I need from this place.
