I was met with a company that was knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. Whether I went in for an appointment to look at samples and get ideas, with Pina, or sent pictures of the room so Dov could see what we were working with, or I was coming in to take samples home (thanks Pina!), everyone at Invision was kind, helpful and gave so much time in answering questions and educating me in the decision making. As soon as there was an opening for installation, Roy delivered the hardwood and materials. The installers who came did an incredible job - from the carpet removal, putting in the plywood base, to the installing hardwood floors and baseboards. They were were polite and friendly, worked quickly, and left the area spotless. Dov and Roy came by as the job was going on the ensure everything was up to their standards. The floor looks amazing, and it has changed the look of the room completely. The next step was the painting, and Amit was our painter. It turned out to be a big job, as we were painting white over a darker shade. Dov explained that often this requires more work/coats. He was upfront and honest with us at each step. The job took longer than planned, and Amit was prompt, thorough, and obviously a skilled painter. Dov again came daily to check the work and follow up with the job being done. Our family room/hallway area now looks fresh, beautiful, and ready for the rest of our renovation. Thanks to Dov, Pina and everyone at Invision. I would definitely recommend this company - you are paying for quality and you get it!

When we had our flooring order delayed by ~2 months from another distributor, We needed to find another solution fast to keep our project on schedule. Dov answered the phone after hours on a Saturday, was able to reach out to a rep (no other shops were willing/able to do so) and was able to find out stock levels so we could make our decision. He was very knowledgeable, fair and moved quickly to help us get things done quick. Really appreciate all your work here and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring in the future!

They ripped out the worn wall-to-wall carpet and installed my new hardwood floor in just two days. The following week Dov sent painters to put a fresh coat on the walls and ceiling. Like the crew that installed the floor, the painters were top-notch. I am delighted with the results. My place never looked so good. The cost was in line with what I was quoted by other firms. I am convinced that I got excellent value for my money. I give Dov and his people top marks.

He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, make appropriate recommendations, and explain the entire process in detail, so we’d know exactly what to expect. They have a great selection, the quality is fantastic, installation happened sooner than planned, and it was quick and painless. I'm really grateful to Dov for his advice along the way, he even recommended we change the color we’d chosen for the floor once he visited the house and saw what we were trying to match, and he was so right. We’re super happy with the results, both floor and stairs look wonderful. I’ve already recommended Invision to some of my friends.

The creaking floor is now gone and the house looks beautiful and is so quiet when we walk on it. We are very happy and the outcome exceeded our expectations. Roy was fantastic with helping us find the right wood and cork and always kept us up to date as well as responded to our questions quickly. Matt and his guys are professionals and know their tradecraft well. We would highly recommend Invision to anyone looking for high quality flooring.

Our house is over 100 years old and with dividing walls. We asked for an installation of engineered wood floor in a herringbone pattern at a 90 degree angle. A hard thing to do given the architecture of our house. A very talented crew of three installed the floor throughout -and they exceeded our expectations. Great attention to detail and great service! We definitely recommend!!
