★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an odd experience I had at this place. Went in to get some help with hardwood flooring. As we entered, there was a guy at the counter (not sure if it was the owner himself) looked at us, didn't even say hi and went back playing games on his smart phone. During 20 minutes of looking around (there were many left over (limited quantity) hardwood on sale) he didn't bother asking us if we need any help. Obviously he didn't care about his customers so we got out and went other hardwood store near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there were an option to give no star, I would definitely give it. I bought lots of boxes of vinyl for renovating the flooring of the unit from the warehouse as they directed us to. And they clearly mentioned that we could return “unopened boxes”. Unfortunately, they did not keep their words as they do not accept unopened boxes. And also sale person was so rude. Stay away from them if possible.

Very knowledgeable and helpful with the selection of engineered floor for our cottage. Purchased about 1,500 square feet of beautiful “Perverco” red oak engineered flooring at a very competitive price! Stored our floor for several weeks during delay in construction. Absolutely delighted with the floor and our whole experience dealing with Mitch; will definitely buy from this company again!
