★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 1700 sqft of hardwood floor for my house from Amazon Hardwood flooring - 900 sqft of solid hardwood for the main floor and 800 sqft of engineered hardwood for the basement. Before I picked up the flooring, I verbally confirmed with Amazon that whatever product was extra I could return with the original receipt within 30 days. My contractor installed the product, and I went to return the extra a couple weeks later. At that point, they informed me that only the solid hardwood could be returned. It is very disappointing to do business with people who don't honour their word. I will not be back.
