With garlic spinach, fluffy egg drop and meat balls--the soup was the highlight of our visit. Mussels were perfectly cooked with a beautiful taste of wine. Trout was moist inside with a lovely crunch on the outside, accompanied by delicious pay in tomato sauce. Cheesecake had a yummy thick crust. Tiramisu was good but we a bit on the sweet side. Young Michael was absolutely charming as a waiter as he and his little brother learn the family trade. Would definitely come here again. This is really a counter service restaurant with a charming waiter if you'd like to be served, but there isn't any environment here. News running in the back ground the whole time really emphasizes the take out nature.

(I think) The owner was so friendly, attentive, personable. The food was amazing. I loved my latte, my chicken la campagna (I shouldve taken a picture of my clean plate). My bf lived his steak. Even something simple like spaghetti, my aunt said. When the owner learned we were there for a birthday - he turned down the lights and brought us a tirimisu with a lit candle and started singing happy birthday. Everything was above and beyond. Don't be fooled by its appearance. The food is beyond worth the expected restaurant prices. They didn't rush us at all as we were there a little past close. I would love to come here again.

I don't go out for Italian food to often because I'm Italian... but this place was great, amazingly friendly owner, fantastic food and a nice authentic atmosphere!!! We not only had a great meal, but w had a great night celebrating a milestone birthday that the owner made even more special!!! Thanks again for the great evening and good food !!!!!!!

Also, the customer service was impeccable!! The place is run by a super sweet couple who attend to your every need. I recommend this place 110%!!

Perfect hot meal after a long day, waiting for the rush hour to pass. Decaf capuccino was delicious, too! Friendly staff, homey, good space between tables, and overall a well-kept place. Still, a bit more detailed cleaning by the window frames would have helped my dining experience by the window. There seemed to be a lot of take out orders keeping staff busy, but they were prompt in service for dine-in guests like me. Overall, I would come again. :)
