So, I called the company directly and I am very happy I did. On the phone, Namal was patient & helpful even though I could tell she was very busy. I was offered an exchange, the return shipping was paid for by Season Tex and I got the sheets I wanted! Beautiful colour, beautiful quality! I am putting in another order very soon.

Additionally, the bedding was clearly of a high quality and completely worth its price. It was very fortunate that I happened to stop by this store. I will definitely be purchasing more sets in the future and will reccomend it to all of my friends.

I washed one pair as soon as I got home and it feels amazingly soft and fresh. I am very happy that I stopped by this store. I will definitely come back for more supply. The staff (father and son) was extremely attentionate and helpful.

All I can really say is that you check it out for yourself; the owners are a delight and never fail to be of assistance nor lend a smile upon a customer’s arrival. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is just very refreshing. Aside from the great quality, it’s the various designs and styles which make this store so unique from the rest and a breath of fresh air from your typical white lace bedsheets of temporarily comforting quality. Highly recommend.

I am therefore changing my review to 4 stars. I am writing this in hope that the owner will see this and provide a happy resolution. Purchased linen sheets, received wrong item (mistakes happen, no big deal). However for 11 + days now no resolution, all I got is 2 emails to say they are on Holidays and no commitment to make this right in a timely manner. However they are advertising a sale currently so they must be open somehow to new business. I told them that I required my item by a certain date (it is a gift) to no avail. Am I out of money? I guess time will tell… Be in no rush if you purchase from this company, as they are in no rush to correct their mistakes.
