Bought loveseat and chair 31 years ago. Other than springs are shot and fabric faded it has stood the test of time. Bought this Edgewood set at Leon's in Burlington in 1988. I am very happy with Edgewood furniture!

I have bought a sofa from your company and after 14 months , the base cracked, the foam went flat, the fabric is all wrong for seating as you slide right off- This is 4000$ for a sofa! I wanted to buy a Canadian make but I get better service at Walmart. I asked for a straight exchange- not my money back, and the owner himself, just brushed me off saying it wasn't his problem its up to the Bay's where I bought it. I went to the Bay who sent me right back to the manufacturer saying after one year ( it was 14 months after we bought it) The Bay cant do anything so, sent right back to the source....again. Here we are, being thrown around like its no ones business. I don't recommend EDGEWOOD TO ANYONE for he quality and service are just not there. A very unsatisifies customer who has been trying for thepast 3 months to get some kind of settlement....but the owner just does not care about his product or his customer satisfaction.

I would go back to the Bay. A big company like that should be able to get you replacement foam. Edgewood would probably provide the foam but the Bay should give you the service. I just looked online and it says the frame has a three year pro rated warranty. Just my 2 cents.....call the Bay back. I would.

*Note Edgewood is the Manufacturer of the Products in Question* I spent $2000+ to purchase two sofa's and two ottomans from The Bay, including buying add-on warranty coverage for 5 years. Within 6 months of minimal use, the cushion's foam lost its resiliency and the sofa became unbearable to sit on. I contacted the customer service team at The Bay about this issue and over the next 12 (twelve) weeks, my case did not move forward unless I called to ask about it. The Bay said they will replace the cushion but then proceeded to concoct stories to delay resolution. Worried that this may not solve the problem, I raised the concern "What if this happens again?" and the customer service team assured me The Bay would be supportive to get the issue resolved in the event the cushion replacement did not work. Fast forward another 6 months and the same issue has come up again, but now The Bay's customer service team is wiping their hands clean of the situation saying the warranty terms no longer apply. I even pointed them to their own website showing I still had warranty coverage for the product and they disputed, saying their own website is in error and then sent me a warranty policy with reduced terms. Unhappy with the service I was getting, I escalated my case to the Service Excellence team who ignored my request and they closed the case with no resolution. I used to think of The Bay as a reliable company that sells quality products, supports their customers, and works to solving problems - turns out I was wrong. Given this experience, I would caution all, and to steer clear of purchasing furniture made from this company.

This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been with a company in my life. We purchased a sofa from them on August 1st. It’s now March and we are still missing one part. Customer service has continued to do nothing to help us resolve this issue. They continue making excuses for the delays. To get the second part of my couch, I called customer service for the 12th time and they said one part had just been sitting in the warehouse or months and nobody sent it because it was my responsibility to call. DO NOT buy from this company unless you like sitting on imaginary couches.
