M	Mandeep Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a mattress and we specially asked for mattress which would be good for back bcz I have back problem and young lady was working over there and she recommended us one mattress and after few days we feel like that mattress is not good bcz my back was getting worst. She said we will exchange it and when we reach to the store and mid-aged lady first of all her behavior was so rude, seems like she don’t know how to deal with customer. She said come after week mattress would be ready on Wednesday. On that day owner was there, he said we can’t exchange it. I think they don’t communicate with each other. Her daughter was saying something else, her wife and owner something else. I wish I could give them 0 star. I would recommend not to go there. Zero costumer service.

The lady was very helpful when it came to choosing a bed. The delivery process was SO FAST and the bed looks amazing and is GREAT quality. I will def recommend them and buy more stuff from them. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased a bed and when I would go to lay on it the bed would make noises like the wood was about to crack, eventually the bed broke at this point I was 8 months pregnant and 145 lbs the bed did not hold my weight at all when I called to explain the issue they refuse to give me a new one they asked me to bring the bed back and they would fix it... I had to rent a truck and go leave the bed then had to rent a truck to go pick it up on top of it they refuse to replace the middle wood and told me to go to Home Depot and buy another wood and they only agreed to fix the headboard as you can see on the picture they did a horrible job.. $500 on the bed that lasted 2 months and $200 on truck rental/gas WASTE OF MONEY!

Our bed and couch took months to be delivered after multiple delays. The owner assured us we would have our furniture within 3-6 weeks which turned into 4 months. When we did receive our bed the material was ripped and they would bot replace it while accusing us of ripping it. Our couch was missing a chair on delievery and the owner tried to tell me I was wrong about the orde until he referred back to his paper work. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. The guys that brought our couch dented our walls. We did not receive any compensation for this. I would never return to this store nor recommend it to anyone.
T	Trader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive compared other stores with same quality mattress. Mine had discoloration on one side, with foam bulging in one of the corners. It comes wrapped in a plastic which has a very strong smell that has not completely gone after a month.

We were also extremely happy with the customer service, we've had some terrible experiences with big box furniture stores but thankfully we can leave that in the past and use Rishi Mattress for all furniture needs in the future! Thank you guys for everything!
