Worst place to buy mattress. When buying mattress, you will get all the attention. I bought 2 mattresses 2 years ago. After couple of months mattress started sagging. When called, owner said keep using mattress for some more time since the manufacturer wont replace for small sagging. After few more months, i called the store and never got any customer service. I was told to bring in the mattress 1 by 1 and see if manufacturer would fix it. DO NOT BUY

Worst services, it is a total scam never go there.. We paid for most expensive mattress to get comfort which came with warranty of minimum 5 years. It did not last even for one year and when we call them the owner said he won’t provide any delivery to get it fix whereas he told us everything will be included in warranty when we bought it. We paid for expensive mattress first , we did all expenses of delivery with u-haul almost 100$, headache and waste of time to get the mattress fix which was actually in warranty from them and what they return us back is totally different cheap quality and used mattress. They have literally replaced our mattress with already used very low quality mattress how cheap is that.. very cheap people with no ethics of doing business never ever go there..

Worst Experience. I can say the person who doesn't know the value of customers, they can run businesses for few years. This store has to work on their service if they gave their words for delivering matters they stay on their words not just call the customer and say we are not able to deliver your stuff. Very Rude service.

Very Bad experience with this Store. We bought sectional and was told that nothing happen to this good quality sectional sofa for 5 years. We are two at home and we don't have more guests come to our home frequently. it's been 3 years and Sectional sofa is in very bad condition. We paid 300 $(thought that we getting warranty) more compare to other Furniture store when we bought this and trusted Owner for quality of their product. Recently I showed sectional seats to Owner of this store but they don't care about anything. I showed original purchase receipt and their writing about 5 years warranty but they says there is no warranty for fabric material used on it.( it is wear and tear). it is not wear and tear, thread are coming out from Stitches. this is something manufacturing defects. Bad quality of threads used. this was my last purchase from this Store. I do not recommend this store.

worst experience, we made a deal and asked him for delivery. First he refused then he said ok i can do. After two days we called him he didn't pick the call. We called him from another cell he picked within 1 second. Then we asked why you didn't deliver the matters. He said I can't. You can pick your matters y yourself. We waited for two days Even he was not sorry for his mistake. Very bad customer service. I would like to give him 0 star but there is no option for that.

Experienced the worst customer service from these guys, save yourself time and energy and avoid buying your furniture from these people. They’ll continue to lead you on without any updates on when you should expect your furniture to be delivered!

I wish there was zero star rating but there isn't. Save your time and don't bother to get your furniture from these people! Both the husband and wife are excellent at lying and leading you on. We ordered a sofa set from them and needed them within a specific time frame in which they agreed too and when time came close they kept telling us "we can't guarantee you it will be made on time but 90% sure it should be done." After multiple calls and follow ups they would tell us to wait and they'll call us back with an update later on in the day, and guess what, days would go past and you would not hear from them. Last time we spoke, they told us the sofa set would 100% be delivered on Monday. Its been almost over 2 months now and they do not even have the audacity to call and apologize for the delay forget about giving an update! A horrible customer service experience would not recommend this place to anyone.
