Do not shop here (even if the deals are eye-catching). I can only assume that the few good reviews here are fake. Saw their add abt a couch on facebook marketplace so despite the bad reviews, decided to visit their Brampton location to check it out. The sales rep their really had an attitude so even though the product was okay we just decided to think over it. Later went to their Etobicoke location and paid a 25% deposit to reserve the same item. However, I changed my mind less than 24 hours later (based on incorrect product information provided by them on facebook marketplace which I found out only later) and asked for a refund the very next day. They said they have a 25% cancellation fee and they cant do refunds due to company policy etc etc but finally agreed to give us a $200 store credit which can be spent on anything else and then confirmed this over email and phone. However a few days later when I visited the store to get their approval on the actual invoice to validate the $200 store credit, they sneakily added a condition that meant that the 200 credit can only be applied when we spend $750-$800 (which was the original product price) or more on any product in their store. This was never communicated to us when they promised a $200 store credit! Asked to speak to the manager and we were given a run around like "oh we dont know when the manager visits,  we dont have his number, we can try to get him to call you etc etc". I wouldn't spend $600 more on these fraudsters (even if it means letting go of my $200). And based on principle I wouldnt shop at any of their locations or recommend anyone else to do so.

Dreamland is a great furniture store. I 've got alot of my furnitures from them. From bunk beds, couches, computer stand, just to name a few. I love the quality and the uniqueness of there furnitures, and the prices are amazing.

I ordered a 8 pc bedroom set and it was delivered on time with proper care and handling. Everything was same as shown and the price is so reasonable. I would suggest everyone to purchase furniture from them. Great Service!!!

I wish I could give them zero star ⭐️? . Worst experience with this customer service. I bought sofa sets they delivered with damaged clothes. They forgot to staples on clothes at the back side of sofa, I send them pictures and I have 1 year warranty but still they are not doing anything. Please please please don’t waste your money and time to go there even if you get little expensive furniture from some where else I recommend you go somewhere but not this guys they are liars, very poor quality of furnitures. I emailed them many times but nothing happened I called them but they didn’t respond. They will not give any service after sale like guarantee or warranty. They gives fake warranties. I don’t recommend at all.

I ordered something else and they sent me something different and defective. They take no responsibility for their mistake. They boldly believe that you are obliged to accept the different, even if it is broken. Once they receive the money, they will disappear. Do not waste your money. See what I ordered and they sent it. They said they sent what they had. And of course I was blocked from everywhere not to put a rating. Be very careful not to make any purchase
