Never give full money before furniture is delivered to your home as if you think there is some work required, they wont listen. I purchased a 3+2 sofa set from them. The handrest does not have enough foam on it and also shape of all handrests are different no symmetry. Also, they did not provision to stick seats with sofa. So if you sit, you tend to slip down taking seat along. There are many stores giving better quality products and after sales service. So I strongly suggest you opt for other stores.

They never fixed it or return our money and on top the very old man who took our ordered initially use force against me. Stay away from them very unprofessional

The elderly man in the front was so incredibly helpful, and helped me make a custom headboard in the exact style and colour that I wanted (for a great price as well!). My headboard is so beautiful, and I have gotten so many compliments on it. Overall, great customer service and furniture. I will definitely be coming back.

I pre-paid them for some furniture which was not ready, they said it will take two weeks. But next day I went to cancel the order. That white beard old man said there is no refund because that amount I paid it is in their bank account now. And asked me to use that amount for future purchases from them.?wtf. He was arguing& threatening me ,as he gonna call the reinforcement from his warehouse.??.
