★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother trying to shop in this store if it's within ½ hour of closing time. Staff make it VERY clear that you're not welcome. I was 100% planning to purchase a couple pairs of shoes but decided to take the hint and leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pricey for an outlet store. I see the buy one, get one half price as a gimmick because the prices are already over the top. So there's not much saving at the end.
Overall the customer service is great, shoes are very comfortable.

I have been getting the same pairs of Sketchers for the past 3 years but when they were out of stock this time around, Cindy came to the rescue. Helped me find the perfect pair and when I still needed adjustments the following day she was quick to help. I recommend Sketchers & their staff. I leave with a smile on my face that nobody saw because of my face mask. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not enjoy my experience at this store location. The managers were unnecessarily rude not only to their customers but also to their staff. I, personally, would not recommend shopping at this Skechers location or working here for that matter. Their items are also way too overpriced and I guarantee you can find cheaper items elsewhere for the same quality.
