★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went it to Mac btw it was my first time wanting to shop with the brand. It was steady there was one particular associate that was not helping anyone. I was not greeted by her and made direct eye contact with her. She approached me after an awkward back and forth of eye contact. She asked if I needed help and at that point I am not having it because she carried a very negative vibe. I asked one of the associates what her name was and she said Beatriz. Mac please help Beatriz revisit the customer conduct in basic customer service respectfully so!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst client service experiences ever. The girls are stuck up and talk down to you if you’re not wearing makeup to their standards. Seriously in need of some training in customer service and how to be welcoming. Go to the Markville or STC location if you can, or even just The Bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience here. The worker helped me pick out the best makeup color for my skin tone, did the make up on my face and asked how I liked it. I was quite happy with the whole process. She was very nice and informative. I do think some things they sell are overpriced, especially the make up brushes. You can get really good ones for a lot cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service at this location. I went to buy blush for me and at counter asked for birthday gift since I was there on same day. The girl was so nice and told me to make choice. While I was making choice, the other girl came there and looked into the system and started yelling that I wasn’t eligible as haven’t shopped for $150 in calendar year. It was totally okay but the way of conveying was very harsh and felt insulting. Would never buy again from here
