★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed in this location. I was at this location last week for quite some time, looking at lashes products and there was one worker who was hounding multiple workers. She was not even hiding it or keeping her voice down. I asked one of the girls who this person was and I wanted a name. I was told she is the team leader, Tori. I am shocked. Such an abuse of power. This is not how you treat your workers. If this is the type of leadership sephora has, I will not support this company. She was hounding all workd the entire 45 minutes was there. The ladies who were helping me were great, Mariam the cashier was so friendly and Jennifer was advising me on lashes. Tori was hounding them too, but they were amazing! She was just flaunting her power around and it was so disrespectful and unprofessional. The employees rock, this lead is horrible and needs training.

Ladan is always so welcoming, honest, helps me find what I'm looking for quickly and has lots of products to recommend. Her customer service is amazing and her makeup is beautifully done every time I go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually shop Sephora online, but stopped at this location after picking my daughter and her friend up from Canada’s Wonderland. It’s a lovely store with lots of product selection. I was hoping to enjoy a browse, but I was asked if needed help no less than 20 times in 15 minutes. I don’t know if they thought I was going to steal something or what, but it was so much pressure that I finally left. I guess I’ll stick to shopping online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on a busy Family Day afternoon, was warmly greeted upon instantly? Overall shopping atmosphere felt at ease, no pressure from any of the associates ?.
Did make my purchase because the location close to my home did not have in stock a few weeks ago.
Will definitely be returning back again soon !???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually write reviews but in this instance I decided that it was warranted that I do so. I recently visited the Vaughan mills Sephora because my usual go to spot in Brampton didn’t have the product that I needed. I was greeted by a lovely associate by the name of Alexia. The knowledge and professionalism that she demonstrated when I was shopping there is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. The product that I wanted was not in stock at this location as well but Alexia recommended a few other items that would help me achieve the look that I wanted. I would like to say she was bang on. I got so many compliments on my makeup that I was blown away. I would like to say that this will be the store that I will be doing my shopping at from now on. It is out of the way but you can’t beat the expertise and customer service. Thank you again Alexia!
Update: Went to the store yesterday and found out that Alexia was a seasonal associate. So I ask them about a few items and found out that the people they have there don’t know anything about the products that they have there. I guess I will have to go back to Brampton.

A beauty consultant named Andrea was super helpful. She was very patient to explain everything to me in detail and guided me to the products that were suitable/best for my skin/hair.
I went to the store to purchase only one item and left with 3 items because of Andrea.
If you are planning to visit this location, ask for her. You will leave the store with a lot of helpful beauty tips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience last weekend with Selena for a 60-min makeup application. She was very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Selena patiently and cheerfully answered all of my questions. I am terrible with makeup so I had no idea what look I wanted and put all my trust in her, and I’m so glad I did! I received numerous compliments, and I felt it was the perfect combo between natural and dressy. I would definitely come back to see Selena for makeup application or even just makeup advice in the future.
I also want to shoutout the rest of the employees that I spoke to, particularly the woman who was working at the front. Everyone was so friendly, especially considering it was a busy Sunday afternoon!
