Horrible experience. Staff is very slow. No regards to people waiting. Had to wait in line for 45 minutes to be served. And when i got my turn they told melozio was out of stock. This is just an instance of how horrible the store is managed. And the employees try to socialize with the customers even when there is a big line up. The staff realized i was angry so they offered me 2 sleeves of Odacio for free. Not going to return again. Better go to another store

Reading all of these reviews and I’m Not surprised one bit. This location is run by a bunch of rude and unprofessional kids. After standing 15 minutes in line I was approached by an extremely rude young man who did not sound like he wanted to be there. He was slow and dismissive. I tried to find another staff member to help me but noticed they were too distracted by their phones. This wasn’t my first awful experience here but it will be my last because I won’t be buying anymore Nespresso products from this point on.

Had a really good experience yesterday at the Vaughan Mills location, doing a machine exchange. The manager who helped me (Eva) was very kind, patient, and efficient. I was very happy with the customer service provided - thanks Eva!

Drove an hour to the Nespresso Boutique in Vaughan Mills and when I got to the door at 6:51pm, the doors were closed and staff member who was working informed that it closed early due to staff shortages…… I wanted two sleeves and drove an hour because Nespresso wants to be cute with how many β€œboutiques” they have. If they do close early due to staff shortages, should it not be on the hours online? Customer service said try again tomorrow which I found frustratingly funny because they expect me to go back and have the doors shut on me 10 minutes before actual closing. What a joke…

I don't know what kind of incompetent people they are hiring to take phone call orders for this place. These people have no idea what's going on. Placed an order for pick up,which I have done numerous times, in order to save time, then had to cancel it because the agent told me it would take 4 hours. Didn't get a cancelation confirmation so I called them to make sure it's canceled. They said they can't see any info on their side, since it take 24 hours for new order to show up. Since I'm going to the store to pick it up, I didn't want to pay twice, so I wanted to make sure I'm getting a refund. The agent told he would transfer me to someone else and he can replace this order for free for the trouble. When I spoke to the new agent he had no idea as to why he would replace my order for free and refused to do anything for me. Three hours later I have no pods and don't know if I'm getting a refund.

Horrendous experience. My fiancΓ© and I went over to this location only to be rudely spoken to by the short round lady in the store (wish I asked her for her name but tried my best to avoid her). While speaking to her, her associate beside us (brown girl) decided it was a good time to chime in and side with her co-worker when no one was even speaking to her. We were next in line and the brown girl decided to take her time with a customer and when it was finally our turn to order she conveniently walked away and pretended to do something else (she obviously didn’t want to take our business. How professional). Furthermore, this store is run by rude and immature staff that clearly need an adult in the room. The previous reviews seem pretty accurate. Nespresso. Please do better. Your customers are pleading for a change

My experience at this location was superb thanks to the barista, Farris. He was so helpful in helping us choose flavours that compliment our tastes and demonstrated great professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better in-store experience. I would highly recommend this location for your next Nespresso purchase.

Nespresso drinks brighten the day, but the same can’t necessarily be said of the new store location inside Vaughan Mills. I would not recommend this location to new customers at all. Staff seem to look at folks with suspicion like we’re all out to get freebies. Actually I’m here to top up on my Nespresso Vertuo pods! One of my best decisions early during the pandemic was to pickup a Nespresso machine. The coffee that it makes has a decent coffee aroma along with a nice thick crema. There are a wide range of flavours as well including flavoured, intense and regional pods. For those worried about waste, the pods can be recycled by mailing back in red envelope bags that we used to pickup at the stall in this mall. At Nespresso’s new storefront, there are multiple sales stations as well as a barista area in the back. We were intrigued by the new Congo coffee pod. But the barista indicated that guests needed to be referred by a salesperson to try the java. Then after ordering my pods, the sales came back with a tiny sample sized cup of black coffee. Disappointing as this location seems to biased about fully serving only those perceived to be better customers.
