Really good service; Shem was a great help. Shoes were provided quick even though some sizes weren’t available he did offer to order them to my house. He told me they would arrive 3 - 5 business days and they came on the 3rd day! I do recommend this place and I will be coming back

Worst sports store ever. I tried calling this place to ask a few questions about their products and they hung up the phone. Also worst customer service. The management should be more strict.

The black sales associate (I believe it is politically correct and it is better to be very specific to point out who I am actually referring to) was very rude and condescending. The company needs to train their associates again for proper customer service.

Great store. Lots of inventory. I went on a crowded Sunday and the employee quickly brought me out different sizes as I asked for them. Checkout has a poor layout for line ups... But cashier was quick. Didn't seem well thought out to only have one person on cash but she did a good job for how busy it was. Love the shoes I bought. Return policy is good. I'll definitely come back again. Also price on shoes I bought was about $5 less than competitors in the same mall. I can't wait to wear em when the snows gone ???

I needed a particular size and they didn't have it but, they gladly told me which store i could get that exact item and size from. Great customer service and selection.

horrible service done by manager Sam. Today, came I to exchange my airmax purchased 25 days ago , with receipt where is clearly : exchange without 60 days without any addition charges!!!their manager Sam asked me to pay extra money due to prices went up since new year. First time in my life I saw that store ignored policy on the back side of receipt. Manager there was absolutely out of service.

Something funny happened to me in the store today. Me and my wife went in the store. I was carrying some bags purchased from different store, I literally caught this employee sneaking behind me checking whats inside my bags like I would steal something from the store. So I ask the employee, " Can I help you?" He didn't answer me rather he gavel me a scowl like I asked him a weird question. I don't know what kind of training this store provides to their employees, but if this is new. It would the most ridiculous/annoying thing. Just imagine,you walk in the store and all employees will treat you like your going to steal something instead of providing you good service like other NORMAL stores. I just think It was very rude and unnecessary. Very poor business conduct. This store does not deserve any business specially from me. Not going back there anymore,ever.
