I have purchased numerous appliances and furniture items in the last year and a half and the shopping experiences have been consistently pleasant thanks to Wasim. He has been throughly involved from the time of sale to post delivery in ensuing that everything has gone smoothly. He was very diligent in checking stock, notifying me of price reductions, and arranging for items to be delivered to me as soon as possible - even contacting me personally when doing so. All of this reflects very well in the store and is greatly appreciated.

Great customer service! Faizan helped me throughout my shopping experience, explained each and every aspect of the furniture I was buying. Expectations were set about the delivery time for each piece and I got it on time. He made sure I save money on each item by explaining me about price matching and doing it when available. Overall experience was great! Ask for Faizan when you are here.

Horrible customer service at this location. All of the appliances ordered were "delayed" because of Covid-19, but the audacity to continuously lie to your customers and give fictional dates. We cancelled all of our orders and went to Lowe's and were able to get them delivered to our house within 1 week, without any issue or Covid-19 delay excuse. When a company fails to provide an item that you paid for and have been waiting for for 8+ months, without even notifying that there is a delay, and you speak with customer service whose only recourse was to ask if I wanted to cancel the orders. How about make it right for your customers? For instance, if someone orders an oven, you are okay knowing your customer wont receive this oven until the following year? Why not offer another oven at a similar price or greater price and you bear the cost difference. Their only excuse is "everyone is waiting, it's not just you". For such a big chain company, the lack of customer service is astounding. Will never be shopping at Leon's again. Highly recommend Lowe's for appliances instead!

One of the worst places to purchase furniture.Absolutely zero customer service !!!! I purchased full bedroom set for almost $6000,i have to called almost every day and telling them im still waiting , they telling me , they didn’t get any response from manufacturers. after 3 months they replacing the damaged dresser , told them i will not replace the bed because its too heavy and they offered me the store credit that i never received anything from that . It was my first and last time purchasing from this garbage place .

I bought a couch and ottoman from this location. When they arrived the ottoman did not match the couch color. When I returned it the same day hours later I was told I would be charged a restocking fee of 80$. I was told the ottoman would match as the sales associate even admitted to using that word, but the sales managers reply was "match could mean a lot of things". Lol it's not even about the money, it's about poor business practice. This was 100% this stores fault and having just bought a new home that needs to be furnished, extremely poor business practices by not refunding me my 80$ just cost them another few thousand as I will be going elsewhere for my kitchen table and bed. To top it off the movers put a hole in my brand new kitchen floor.

Good job. Helped with what we were looking for. I did not give a five only because we were interested in getting a queen size Pineridge bedroom set plus the entire set and accessories that were on display. The sales person gave us a price for the total with all pieces. We asked about a package deal for everything and were told no.

In this store, I paid the full amount according to the label of a table, and picking it up at the warehouse only gave me four legs. The seller's supervisor didn't even say sorry and felt that the wrong price was the customer's fault. The next day I asked for a match price, but the store supervisor refused. I won't go to leo's to buy anything again given the treatment that many customers have encountered online. If any of you want to buy something, think for yourself.

Very bad customer service experience. I bought Sectional and two sofas and two tables and one carpet. first the told me it takes one month but it takes more then two months, but each table with different legs ? And the sectional used the legs dirty and the top is dirty .when I called them and no one cares.i paid full price for used items and two different legs for sofas ?
