I found my dream dress online, and after many calls in the USA i couldn't find a store that would send it to me, let alone even have a conversation with me about ordering the dress. I found Ana Koi bridal online and talked with Ivanna. Within a week i had purchased my dream dress with 4 months until my wedding. The dress came, exactly the size i had written down with a month to spare. THIS IS A DESIGNER DRESS! Such fast service, and she kept me updated every step of the way for ETA on dress, and the dress was delivered within 3 days of expectation which i could track. Best bridal service ever and now i have my dream dress. THANK YOU!

Went to Ana Koi bridal today and I found my dress!!! So excited!!! Lots of beautiful designs to choose from!!! Their customer service was truly welcoming and exceptional!!! I’ll definitely recommend them to all my friends, family and anyone I know getting married!!! The prices are definitely great too!!!

I had a great experience at the store at Ana Koi bridal, and we decided on customizing a similar dress that they had in a different colour. Considering My wedding reception was in 3-4 months, they said they could still get the dress to me on time. However, the customization process and delay in communication was not fun. Trying to finalize the custom dress via email back and forth was very difficult considering they would take multiple days to get back to me. Hence, at one point, I didn't hear back from them for two weeks. I was getting concerned about getting my dress on time, since there was only 2 months left for my wedding date. After not hearing back from them, I cancelled my order. They called me back a week later, and sent me a text apologizing for the delay and that I hope I find a wedding dress. There was no explanation for why there was a two week delay, which I thought was very unprofessional, considering this is for my wedding date, I would expect much more clear communication. Now I am left dress-less for a wedding reception that is in 2 months. Had I known how difficult it would be to customize a dress, I would've looked elsewhere, and not wasted 1 month of emails going back and forth, considering this was supposed to be a rush order that they said they could do. I understand its a busy time, but waiting 2 weeks for a response on a customization, for a rush order is very stressful.

I am only writing this review because I believe in 'premium' boutique stores like this one you should be receiving an exceptional product along with exceptional service. Let me begin by saying customer service was terrible from day one. They never answer emails, calls, or texts, and when they do, the communication is not ideal. On numerous occasions my appointments were incorrectly set up. For example, if I was supposed to come in for alternations, the day of my appointment I would be told the seamstress was not in - this happened twice. I paid for alternations in the price of my gown, but did not receive satisfactory service in terms of alternations. In addition to that, when a part of my dress was removed during alternations, they decided to keep the removed piece when I specifically asked for it back (poor communication) and paid for it as part of the original dress. The cherry on top is, despite being branded as a 'premium' boutique shop (I made a $850 purchase), they gave me a reused bag for my dress and admittedly told me they are short of the nicer gold hangers so gave me an old used hanger. I was desperate given my time constraints to purchase a specific coloured dress, and initially signed up with a sales person, Daria who unfortunately parted ways with this shop. New sales person / manager, Beverley has no sense of professional, business aptitude, and customer service given the premium pricing on the dresses. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone.

The in-person appointment was really good, my bridesmaids and I had Beverly to assist us that day. She was very attentive, helpful and made the experience very comfortable. However, after the appointment via e-mail exchange to confirm dress styles and costs (we didn't have much time to discuss after our appoint since there was another appointment right after us), they ghosted us. Left about 2 follow-up emails and even a voicemail but no one ever returned our call. Even though I did have my eye on one of the dresses, this experience ultimately made me decide not go with them.

All I can say is WOW! Every bride-to-be needs to know about Ana Koi Bridal. Since getting engaged, I've been to numerous bridal boutiques. So much so, that I was actually getting pretty burnt out and discouraged in finding "THE dress". From looking at dresses online and trying on so many different dresses, I knew exactly what I liked and what I didn't like in a dress. I knew custom was the route I needed to go, however I didn't want to pay over a certain amount and I assumed going custom would mean going over budget. After researching and reaching out to different places that do custom wedding dresses, I found that they either charged well beyond my budget or if they were more reasonably priced, I didn't have the confidence that they would be able to make my dress exactly how I wanted. Then I came across Ana Koi Bridal. They have many beautiful dresses already made in the boutique, but they also do custom dresses (which I think is so underrated and should be advertised more)! Their atelier is in Europe, as that's where the owner has connections. Looking at some of the custom dresses they did for brides, I felt really confident in their ability to get the design pat down, using all the materials I would be happy with. Beverly, the consultant I worked with, was amazing! I highly recommend her. She's such a sweet person and really made me feel at ease during the process. She had me try on dresses they currently had to see which elements I like from each and noted them down. I also showed pictures and videos of elements from other dresses I wanted for my dress. She's very organized and makes sure to ask about small details. The entire design process is collaborative, with approvals from the client along the way as it's being made. I should mention that the pricing is also excellent! It's comparable to the pricing for dresses pre-made. They are transparent about pricing, plus their alterations are super reasonable. Some places charge $600+ for alterations, but Ana Koi Bridal doesn't charge anywhere near that. You can check out their website for dresses they carry. If you want a custom dress, definitely pay them a visit!

I am very grateful to Ivanna, Beverly and everyone that helped get my dress to me from Ukraine. It is a crazy story and I still can't believe it happened. I ordered my dress back in November 2021. It was a Giovanna Alessandro dress. In March I realized it wasn't gonna come in time because of the war. I felt that it was a horrible situation and out of everyone's control. Beverly had tried many ways to get my dress to me in time but since I live in the states and Ana Koi is in Canada, there were too many complications with shipping. She tried very hard to communicate with the production company in Ukraine. She let me know what was going on. I kept praying, not just for my dress but for everyone going through war. My ceremony date was April and it was approaching within a week, and still no dress. A week before I left for paris, I got an email from Beverly that said the worker from Ukraine escaped to Poland with my dress. Beverly gave her my address in Paris in hopes that she could send it to me from Poland. The dress arrived two days before my celebration. It was vacuumed sealed in a tiny bag. When I took it out it was in perfect condition. It fit amazingly without alterations. I am one lucky girl and forever grateful to everyone that was involved. Especially the person who escaped Ukraine with my dress. If the dress had not fit, Ana Koi assured me that I wouldn't have to pay for anything. They would refund everything to me. Luckily it all worked out and they didn't even charge me for shipping. They were extremely nice to me. This situation wasn't their fault but they took it on with grace. Thank you Ana Koi for helping make my dream come true.
