Pieces available to view in neutral colours in the store, but happy to know there are plenty of customizing options to decide from when purchasing. Couldn't stop touching all the soft fabric options. Went once to view, first purchase pending placement..

There quality is absolutely amazing and stunning . The service starting from the owner up to the staff was beyond incredible. They were there for me not only for the business aspect but as a friend . They took so much time with myself and my husband,, spent practically a full afternoon furnishing our entire condo., which is absolutely breath taking. We were also extremely happy with there delivery service. The gentlemen that came to our condo had the upmost respect and and care that I have never experienced before . On behalf of myself and my husband we would like to send a huge hug and a big thanks to all the staff at Interiors Furniture Galleries for all there support. I will forever be grateful for Nancy, Gabriella, Anna and the rest of the staff, taking such good care of me through my difficult situation. God Bless you and all stay safe??

I was set up with a virtual call consultation, as in-store visits cannot take place until lock-down is released. Virtual call shopping is something I have never done before and was unsure on how this was going to be. Let me tell you... the experience was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! I felt as if I was actually in the store. They toured me through the entire showroom and explained each sectional in full detailed which was extremely helpful. I was sent a vision board after the call of each sectional I was interested in, including all dimensions and pricing. Not only that, they prepared me with various fabric samples that I was able to pick up at the store and take home to review. Interiors Furniture Galleries made my entire process of buying my sectional from beginning to end incredibly easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much and I will definitely be purchasing more . The couch is great quality, as expected. I appreciated the wide range of Canadian-made products. I highly recommend this store - they exceeded our expectations and are very nice to work with.
r	rita schutt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Don’t deal with this company! We ordered a couch and was told it could take up to 4 months max, but arrived 6 months after order. When we finally unpacked the order, the corner unit was damaged. Dirty on the corners but most importantly the colour did not match. I realize that velvet is tricky if it’s not cut on the same nap, but the manufacturer should of seen this when making this as it is very noticeable, Gabriella told me there was nothing to do about this and had pictures to prove it was in perfect condition at the factory. I asked to see the pictures, but she said she would not show me, and that it probably happened during shipping as we had it picked up. After spending a lot of money on this couch, I demanded the manufacturer correct this colour problem, and she said the best they could do was to bring it back at my expense (we live 4 hours away) and they would change one panel. Terrible! Stay AWAY!
