I brought my mom here for a hair cut with one of their level 1 stylists the lady did such an amazing job. I recommend this place

Will never return here! Their manager Oxana was supposed to do my hair. After seeing me one hour after my scheduled appointment she was all flustered with colour choice (even though I told her I’m flexible and just want to fix up/brighten up my hair and will happily listen to her advice). More time passes and she returns to say “I don’t feel like doing your hair, someone else will do it”. This left me so confused as I was never rude or impatient despite taking time to drive here and leaving my kids at home with my husband. She left me leaving like absolute garbage and I left not getting my hair done at all as I couldn’t imagine giving this place my business after this interaction. Terrible and so unjustified. I just hope Oxana is okay (mentally) as this was just really weird….

Worst experience for my hair in Canada. I went there for my color and cut and they just ruined my hair, I am so dissatisfied with the service the manager is unable provide me with the shade I want and I felt the color and hair cut is being pushed on me, very intimidating staff who stares weirdly and make there customers so uncomfortable. I have no idea what' s seriously wrong with the girls staff there!!! the kinda attitude they are showing really needs to be fixed! Very unprofessional and ill mannered staff. The receptionist was a short height colored eyes girl seems very rude, zero and pathetic customer service that I have seen in my life. All the girls in the staff doesn't care about customers, they should give priority to the customers requirement which is so so bad that you are unable to provide with the service that you are getting paid for. I switched from a vey well trusted salon to try this salon which is already very very over priced especially in terms of the quality of work they are giving to their clients and ended up not only with the disaster of my hair but also felt extremely uncomfortable throughout my visit. I will not be going to this salon ever again they have lost a customer for life. I'm going back to the old well trusted salon to get my hair fixed!

Absolutely awful! I went here to get a “balayage” but I left with uneven and chunky yellow highlights. I was literally embarrassed to go out in public. This salon ruined my hair and I had to get it fixed at a different salon. The service was way too overpriced and the stylist definitely did not actually know how to do balayage. It took almost 5 hours because the stylist left me several times for 30 minutes each time while there was bleach on my hair! The person who cut my hair literally cut it unevenly and gave me choppy layers. Overall it was one of my worst experiences ever at a salon and was such a waste of money. I won’t ever go back. Don’t get balayage done here!!

This was absolutely one of the best hair cut experiences I have ever had in my life! My hair was taken care by an amazing woman named Angela, she listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. I 10/10 recommended, worth it for sure :)

Made an appointment with my daughter for her cut. At first I made the appointment at 530pm, and got a phone to have it rescheduled at a later time (630pm) - which I had no problem with. I arrived with my daughter punctually… I was told to take a seat it shouldn’t be too long. We ended up waiting a half an hour until I then proceeded to ask how much longer. I was only concerned with the time because I also had my toddler with me. The receptionist asked the stylist if it would be much longer….the stylist told her it would be longer because her client changed her mind on her haircut. I totally get that, but professionally should have been told earlier than have another client wait over a half an hour just to be told to wait longer. The receptionist was polite about the situation but I changed my appointment time for their benefit just to wait even longer and not have my daughter get her cut she needed. Not coming back here.

Had a hair appointment to bleach and colour my hair. I told them I would be late and kept them updated. They said to come. When I got there, the lady who was doing my hair said there’s no time to do bleach only colour. After asking her questions about her opinions on certain hair colours, she became annoyed and told me in front of the other staff and clients how she didn’t feel comfortable doing my hair. Apparently it is the first time in 15 years of her working that she had to reject a client she said to me. She blamed me for always showing up late to appointments when that is completely untrue as I have never missed or delayed an appointment before. She has horrible attitude and disgusting customer service. As a loyal customer I have never ever in my life been treated like this before. Was the worst and most shocking experience. There were better ways to handle the situation as not only was it a complete waste of time (2.5 hours of nothing), but I will never be treated like that again. I am never coming back here again.

Loved my long layers by Sabrina. The salon is clean and neat. My only crib is that's its extreme expensive, they charged me $109 just for a hair cut. I'll be considering other options next time.
