Service department at Bass Pro Tracker Vaughan is INCREDIBLE! Our leaf suspension broke in half on our trailer on the way back from a fishing trip. We dropped off the boat there and we ran out, got the parts and the guys even stayed passed their shift to help us get the part installed to get back on the road home safe. They went above and beyond with their customer service and we highly recommend them! We cannot thank them enough for everything they did tonight! Keep up the awesome work guys!

Shout out to Brian in the tracker department! He was so unbelievably helpful. Him and his team are so great! I had some problems with a previous company i had gone too for some work on my boat. Long story short, previous place screwed me over and Brian came to the rescue! He put the time and effort to gather my information and send me the documentation i needed. Brian explained and looked over my previous invoice and explained some things that were not correct. I feel my boat is now in great hands. Such an honest shop and honest people. Brian made the time to fit me in to get my boat fixed after not having it already for 2 months ( i am so appreciative for that, because i know how busy the guys are there) He also stayed late to wait for us to arrive!! very impressed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Brian and his team definitely show how much they care about their customers! THANKS GUYS!!

Don't waste your time leaving a v/msg. The service team is awesome, however impossible to get someone on the phone so we had to drive 1hr each way just to speak with someone. The Sales rep also let us down. We bought a motor that was under powered for our purposes even though I was specific on how we would use it, the Sales rep wasn't invested and provided no real recommendations or feedback. Buyer beware! We payed just over $2,200 for the motor and only 10hrs of use (break in only), regardless the Sales rep was only willing to give us $1,500 for an "upgrade". We of course sold the motor privately and went elsewhere. It's unfortunate because the service team was great and overall this is was a very poor customer experience. We spent over $100 in gas going back and forth because no one would answer the phone. On a positive note, we ended up going to Co2 Inflatable Boats and bought a 20HP Yamaha at a really good price (these folks are professional, available, knowledgeable, etc).

TERRIBLE business with SHADY guys. They charged me for service on a motor I didn't agree to! They never told me what need to be fixed or how much it would cost! They just "fixed it" and handed me the bill!! I went in today with a 3.5hp mercury I bought in the spring of 2016 from this store, but it always dies on me after about 10 mins running. It's always very hard to start it(normally have to pull more than 20 times ). It always dies after 1 min running now. So yesterday I dropped it to the service centre at Bass Pro Vaughan Mills. When I came to pick up it today, they wanted to charge me $120! The guy said they changed two spark plug and my 3 year warranty does not cover it... A two years old motor need a spark plug change? Do you believe it? Even if it's true, it's a problem of the product quality. Why doesn't the warranty cover it? When I dropped it off there, I SPECIALLY told that guy TO CALL if they planned to charge me, but nobody called me! A very very bad store. A group of very very bad guys.

I've been a longtime customer of Bass Pro hence I naturally opted to buy brand new motor from them in which from day 1 engine has caused me issues with stalling and been left stranded more than once. I have no trouble servicing motor myself however since motor was brand new, I Naturally considered it an easy choice to drop in to Boat Cenre Tracker which are partnered next to them. I would never expect that new motor would have given me any issues happening from day 1. Generally speaking, I am not faulting any of the product but more so really surprised how quick and easy for tech to claim bad fuel and the poor social bedside manners of their tech can potentially throw on any customer for services rendered. (hence low review is because of poor handling of service and unprofessional staff) I proactively emailed Mercury directly about my incident and they explained possible issues including possible bad faulty fuel cap which is just as much plausible issue. Yet the events of stalling happened with their own fuel they setup the motor b4 pickup. Now to be fair, as anything is possible but the way which tech brushed off customers and make this as billable work is one thing but the worse that irks me is the way I was treated on site by both staff and tech. Tech left while I'm paying questionable billing hence I was not gonna pay for services without verifying motor would start properly. Also previously called indicating I would come pickup Saturday and wanted to see it running. Now I have to come back to deal with these impatient and unprofessional staff on site. Hence this is a consumer beware message to share as I can only say is make sure you to think twice in getting services from them as I consider matter highly questionable on services rendered. I grew up building ships and installing and servicing various marine hardware so I am well informed. I have seen other reports from others from research and often this place will not do well in handling customer issues if challenged in any way. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for servicing is all I highly recommend. Consumer beware

I strongly suggest NEVER EVER doing business with the service dept. Had them install product on my boat that fell off and damaged my boat. Do Not under any circumstance trust Don Sheldrake his word means NOTHING!!!. Also don't fall for his tactic of having you proof read the email he composes on his monitor for resolution. You wont receive the email, then the BS will start in the days following "you have nothing in writing". And his favorite saying after the fact is " I never said that" ZERO INTEGRITY !!! ZERO CLASS!!! TOTAL DISGRACE!!! We purchased a beautiful boat from their sales team but regret taking it there for service. Defective installation and we are left with approx. $2000 in damage with only LIP SERVICE from Don. Friendly staff at the parts counter. The organization has a large turn over of employees, I'm thinking the management is the likely issue.

Fantastic experience purchasing a new 20hp Mercury Outboard for a 14' Lund aluminum boat. Bonnie in sales answered all of our questions and helped us find the exact model we needed. Pricing was also the best I could find out of any establishment from Toronto to Cobourg. During our orientation, the service department took their time to explain every feature of the engine and its break-in period. The service team also got us set up with all of the filters, lubricants, and seals so we could perform our own maintenance on the engine moving forward. Big thanks to the entire team!!

I placed an online order with Cabela's back in March. There was no contact from them whatsoever other then the original order email. I called there customer service twice only to be told its either on the truck or in the store, call the store which was Bass Pro Vaughan Mills. After calling twice to get through my info was taken and I was told I would get a call back the next day... Which I did saying my order was ready. Great... However when I picked it up no one answered the curb side pick up so I had to go in and wait in line to be told wrong spot. Went to the next spot... Nope wrong spot. Go back outside around to behind the loading dock....where my hour long wait began. Actually 1hr. They couldn't find my box. Everyone else got served I finally told them cancel it and I'll take a refund, as it was being refunded they found the box. I Was Given a gift card for waiting so long. The girls in the warehouse were trying there best but the system was the worst ever. I would never in a million years order on line again. Horrible experience.
