M	Michael S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor ethics and business model, BUYER BEWARE!! It baffles me to think that companies perceive they still can get away with thinking they can cheat their customers. Despite the countless research that businesses pour into with their hard earned dollars concluding it is much easier and profitable to retain an existing customer compared to winning over new business. Unfortunately relics like this company still exist with their outdated fashion and even worse the way they treat their customers. Keeping very strict return policies and hiding behind "it is written in the fine print"; you know the very small piece of writing that is on the receipt after you purchase the item. I purchased a piece of clothing a week ago under the impression that I would be able to return the item in 2 weeks with a full refund only to find out a week later that it is against store policy under any circumstance to give a refund for the item, you are forced to choose another item in their poor inventory. With my situation further being escalated to head office, I was informed it is written in the fine print of my receipt regardless of what I was informed when I purchased the item. To the unethical business practice of designer depot and the warning of any potential customers, congratulations you cheated me out of my one and only purchase! However you have lost my business permanently and there will be no 2nd, 3rd, or 4th purchase. Buyers beware

Contrary to other reviews here on Google, we were treated to excellent service this time around, The staff were always willing to find the size that fit me, and spent as much time as they needed to make sure I walked out of the door happy. And the prices can't be beat, for example a $50 shirt for just $20! I wonder what next time will be like...hopefully even better than today!

He spent a good amount of time arguing with me that I was parking in his preferred parking spot when there was no reserved parking sign present, or any other sign stating that I could not park there. The owner continued arguing with me into the store. I used to buy clothes here regularly, but rest assured I will not anymore. The clothing quality has also decreased over time

We took it back and it was replaced, however the same thing happened on the second coat. We took it back and designer Depot said we are stuck with it and said NO REFUND at this Store. What a waist of our hard earned money. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
A	ABINASH BASA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price of the appeal available in the store are quite affordable. But their policy of giving off an every items every season is not understandable. The actual buying price will not get decreased but the percentage off on the same product will increase. e.g. Today one product say XYZ is now available with 50% off and the buying price is 10$ , Tomorrow same product will be available with 70% off with final buying price will be 10$?. Apart from this I like this store and enjoy visiting Vaughan Mills.
