There is a good range of different sorts of footwear available at this store, and the prices are reasonably good.
I made a purchase from the items on sale, so I was lucky to get an extra discount!
I am sure I'll be going back there to buy a pair of boots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an Ecco shoe store, I think this is the best location. It has a bigger store size, more selections of new, old and on sale shoe models for both men and women. They are known for good quality leather shoes, and the price is reasonable considering the quality and design material which should last for years. So people should check them out.
Janet and Hamideh were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able get a pair of hybrid shoes (originally I was looking for a pair of dress/office shoes, but the hybrid shoes won the day). They're not only stylish but has quality leather and comfortable Phorene material, and can be worn for semi-formal, as well casual occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far my best experience shopping at Ecco ever. We went there to buy shoes for my dad and myself and were attended by Samantha. She was exceptional in every way, she was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to connect with us, understand our need and went above and beyond to make sure we found something that fit our differing needs. I have never experienced customer service to this level of professionalism and over all extraordinary service. I am fully committed to only having Samantha help my family and friends and I look forward to seeing her again. Thank you Samantha.

It’s a bit pricey for an outlet store but I was there couple of nights ago and a gentleman spent over 30 minutes to help me find what I was looking for. I am an ecco customer for a ling time and this store is definitely one of my favourites. Loved their customer service.

I wanted to buy shoe for work, my foot is wide so had to search for right shoe. Staff were very friendly and patient, showed me several options and Color, had to try like 5-6 shoes and they were so friendly, searching for my size and explaining different feature of each shoe. Special thanks to Ari for helping me throughout and being patient. I feel that’s important in shoe store. I am very particular about finding the right shoe, thats both comfortable and nice. Ecco is one of my favourite brand, as it has great balance between comfort and style :)
