★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very patient and helpful staff, manager has excellent customer service, a lot of selection and sizes plus they have the BOGO right now plus if you go to their website you can also download the 15% off. If you sign up in their email/phone list you can also accumulate dollars off towards your future purchases. I am highly satisfied with this shoe store so give them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoes here aren't the greatest, have very little in terms of Nike like Air Force 1, Air Max or anything like that. Best shoe I seen was a Nike Court Vision Low that they are selling for over $100. Might as well shop at Champs, Foot Locker, SVP or The Nike Outlet and get better variety

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No way to get refunded. I bought a pair of boots for my son and in three days later the inserts got torn. Imagine three days and these boots are gone!!!! When I brought them back the staff started arguing saying that these boots were worn. No explanation, nothing works in the store. I asked to call supervisor but they said that no one in the store currently.
I highly do not recommend this store to anybody if you have no spare money. Bypass this corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the store to buy my son's snow, there we came across the Assistant Manager (Alina), she spent a long time helping us find the right shoe and the right size for my son. She worked so patiently with us. I have never seen any salesperson so energetic and helpful like her. She made my shopping experience Awesome. Looking forward to going there again.
