★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service and follow up from a shoe question I’ve had in a very long time, I wish I had gotten her name to explain how great she was at her job. The girl was very nice and very helpful while we looked around at shoes. She went to lengths trying to please us and make sure we had a good experience. Ton of shoes to pick from! Lots on sale and lots of this years model !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give something less than 1 star. Experience was horrible. I bought a pair of shoes online and it was too small so I came to the Vaughan location to get an exchange for a larger size. The person that did the exchange for me did not look over the condition of the shoes. I wore it once in the house to see how the fit was. It was too big and I came back to return it. I came the day before but forgot the Visa card I used to do the first exchange. Today, the manager said they could not do a return because of the condition of the shoes. They pointed out scratches and a small dent in the sole but I told them the girl sold me the pair without checking and I never actually wore them for a long period of time in the house when trying them on. Honestly, the staff at this location is unreasonable and they hire people that sell out damaged items so that customers can’t return them for their money back. This location is such a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised at the selection. Lots of nice brands with reasonable prices. Clearance section was a bit of mess, too bad previous customers mixed up the shoes there. Found a nice shoe, but the left one of the pair was nowhere to be found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of selection but low stock. Found a pair of shoes I like and that fit me, but they were the displays and damaged.
So, just thought we’d double check with a salesperson if there were anymore that we didn’t see and she made a point to sigh at us for asking and quickly snapped at us that everything they had was on the sales floor.
I know how retail can be and I’m sure she’s asked the same question 800 times a day, but you can’t act like that. If you can’t be pleasant on the sales floor in customer service, you need to go home or take a break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its nice place to check vary shoes for all family at a time. They have a good exchange return policy that I can change the sizes and styles if I change my mind.
Large venue with many shoes price is similar to other stores so it's nice to sign up for their membership for free to get some extra discounts.
