★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was assisted by their manager, Jean Luc, prior to the temporary closing. He helped me find the perfect phone and plan which was all within my budget. Such an amazing group of people, they worked in tandem to help. Really felt no pressure to buy anything, they genuinely seemed to have my needs as their priority. Would recommend anyone who wants a new/upgraded phone to visit this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an Apple Iphone XR at Best Buy Mobile at the Vaughan location -the staff who helped me with the purchase and migration to the new service provider were very helpful. When they recommended for me to purchase the Geek squad protection plan for $13.99 per month I agreed. Unfortunately, due to an accident within a month of purchase I had to pay $200 that was deductible under the plan to get my phone screen replaced. After that I realised Apple care that costs $9.99 per month would have charged only $39 for this repair. In fact, the deductible under Apple care+ is only $129 for a replacement of the phone.
I was very disappointed that I was not made aware of this option. I understand that Best buy would promote Geek squad but feel foolish for having to pay more than four times the cost for the repair. Apple Care + is a better option as you also get other privileges with Apple.

I got a phone and my phone is in warranty period.
the phone is giving me heating issues. Which they aren't ready to consider at all. After speaking to one of the seller, they said that the new stock for phones would come in on Thursday and I can call back and confirm for the same.
Yet again, whenever I call them, they say it's out of stock.
When I tell them to reserve a device for me for the replacement, they don't even bother to take any actions.
It's because Best buy is a brand, we choose to buy products from them but their staff is so non-friendly and unhelpful in every possible sense.
I would never recommend this store to anyone..

I got a phone on a 2 year contract and purchased the geek squad protection on my phone and exactly as promised, this location has covered my accessories and screen protector replacements. Definitely worth the monthly subscription. Would really recommend this location to everyone I know!! Paul was great !
