First I want to say thank you to Sophie, Faisal and Hamad for all the help and amazing customer service they provided. Hamad helped us out to finalize our purchase, he was extremely patient and helpful, and the transaction couldn't be any smoother. We received our appliance on the promised delivery date, everything came in good condition. We are extremely happy, thank you so much guys.

From repairs to installations.
They are never at fault.
Waste of money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at that store, one of the associates his name is Guiro, went above and beyond my expectations. I made an open box purchased online through the geek squad, but the iMac I bought, the screen wasn't to the standards, this gentleman resolved the issue to my satisfaction, he showed leadership, ownership through excellent customer service, his communications skills are really good. I think this guy needs some recognition and pay increase, he really knows how to make a difference.

I had to interrupt your employees who were having a conversation to request the item i wanted to purchase. After a little wait, your employee finally came out with the item but I felt so bad that I had to interrupt his video watching so i let him continue to watch as i checked myself out. I apologize for the inconvenience i have caused your store and will try not to be such a nuisance in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in store because I had a horrible online experience where I was told 1 week before Christmas I would not be getting 2 of my items. I spoke to the manager about my problems and concerns and he immediately took care of me then directed me to his sales agent Solomon. Between the two of them they found me comparable and even better items in store and offered their best possible prices. I was on the verge of tears before coming in today and I'm so happy to get better then what I ever imagined. Thank you so much for listening to my concerns, finding me the best possible items with the best possible deals and displaying great knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be back soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online shipping service for Best Buy is garbage. I was supposed to get my order within the next day, and it did not arrive. I contacted Best Buy, and they advised me that they did not even ship the item to the shipping company. It is better to ask for a discount or refund the item. I think it is better to purchase the item from Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to a few Best Buys in Toronto and I often come back to this one even though it’s further away than others. Brought a TV in Boxing Day sales. Staff were super busy but acknowledge I was waiting and provided me with great advice. They asked good questions so that the TV I was buying was the right one. They reduced the price of the warranty coverage and got two lads to help me get the TV to my car. Great experience.
