He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions on our new GE Cafe gas stove. Excellent delivery service by Joel and his team partner. They were very careful of unloading our GE Cafe gas stove and delivered it right to our Condo unit. Very efficient and polite. Thank you ?

The team had to bring in the refrigerator through a very tight doorway and they were excellent in ensuring nothing was damaged.

The salesman (thank you Dylan) caught my name and address correctly right away without repeating. They were able to deliver the dishwasher from the warehouse to a store that's near by home within 2 days in order for me to pick it up. Will shop again.

D	Darrell Grainger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new dishwasher because my old dishwasher died and wasn't worth fixing, again. After a little research I settled on a Bosch dishwasher. The Canadian Appliance Source website was the only website which made it easy to see all the differences between the different models. It was incredibly easy to decide on the dishwasher which was right for me. Went to the store in Vaughan and was immediately greeted by Jay. I told him which dishwasher I was interested in. He asked if I wanted the extended warranty but did not push the point. There was a question of whether or not the dishwasher came with a wall plug. So Jay gave me a junction box accessory for free, just in case. I picked up the dishwasher from their warehouse in Brampton the next day. Backed my car up to the loading dock door, went inside to pay the balance, waited a few minutes and they loaded the dishwasher into my car for me. Before they loaded it in, they asked me to be sure if was the correct model and gave me the time to make sure it was. The dishwasher works great. I haven't had any need to call customer service.

I was able to handle everything through the online chat with the agent as well which was convenient given that I wasn't in the position to deal with the order over the phone and need to order the appliance quickly. The delivery tracking feature is really convenient and the updates are very helpful. Would use them again.

We were able to price match a competitor and were informed about the different delivery and installation options. We were pleased that the delivery drivers were able to move our existing units out of the room (washer and dryer). We didn't need them taken away, just down 2 steps into a different room to allow for the new ones to be placed in their spot, and this was done at no charge which was an incredible help. Daniel was helpful and kind and the delivery drivers were very efficient.
