I called the company owner after I was able to find his contact after 6 months, his response was so discouraging and he lacked customer service skill. My $480 gone down the drain courtesy of this dubious company.

Price was good, probably 30-40% underneath other shops. Problem is… when I got the product home, it didn't work. Well, it did at first, as the ice cube tray was frozen, but the next day the tray was full of water. So they told me to come back and pick up another – which has worked fine for the six months I've had it. But when you calculate the time and gas involved… I don't feel there was any savings.
