★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a long story, but the one consistent truth is that this company has NO customer service. They sent me an incomplete order with absolutely no indication that parts that I had paid for were omitted. The installer came to my house and informed me that the parts were not complete. He contacted unique fabrics (I had been unable to EVER speak to anyone or get an email response) and they agreed that the order was incomplete. When we they going to send the necessary parts? I think it was a problem ignored and long forgotten. If not for Gregory from Schindlers fabric I would be left with a $650 unusable TRAX system. They are the WORST!!!

Even as a new customer, Lynn at Unique understood the problem and worked to quickly source the hard to find materials and at a lower price than my original supplier - New customer over here - Thanks again!
