We chose a fridge that we liked and when we went to pay we were told we needed to pay and extra $50 on top of the $50 deliver charge to bring the fridge inside the house . So $100 total which we understood and agreed to pay. When we purchased the fridge we were told that the fridge would be cleaned and wrapped (which it was not) so it remained in good condition . The fridge was not only delivered a day later then agreed upon but the fridge interior was FULL of dead bugs and dirt which took over an hour to clean . On top of that when the delivery was being done it was very unprofessional and the fridge was not at all held with care and was scratched .

S	Shawn Zettler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was great and very professional, my fridge burnt out one morning and i was rushing to find a fridge fast i called best man appliances and right from the start the service i got was amazing, when arriving at the store i was maybe there 15 20 min total the owner was great to get along with knew what i wanted and needed; the fridge i Purchased was in great condition as was all the appliances in the store very well kept and taken care of, over all it works great and i left there paying less then the budged i had to spend. I highly recommend best man appliance for great amazing prices and customer service! I have found a new place to get any appliance i may need ???? Wonder job to the employees at best man appliances and a big thank you!
B	Brad Faulkner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a fridge advertised as no scratches, no dents and was delivered a fridge with a dent right in the middle of the door and one of the shelves missing from the inside. it was delivered in a pickup truck and was rubbing against the backrack.. It was not the same fridge i paid for. When i brought this up, he only offered to order a shelf and that would be at my expense for delivery or pickup then immediately said "good night and sweet dreams" They do not stand behind their product or service. They are very rude and overpriced.

The service was excellent, super informative staff, and super helpful staff. The fridge I went in to initially look at was not the fridge I ended up purchasing because they had several options in the same price range. Arranged delivery, and they handled that very smoothly as well. I’d definitely consider them again when in need of an appliance.
I	Innovo Contracting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 appliances. Kitchenaid fridge and had trouble from day one. Finally died after 8 months( sealed system $1200 repair cost). Second GE electric slide in stove. Told us it was brand new and now just over a year past warranty the stove suddenly started sparking and caught fire from faulty wiring. It was not even in use. Buyer beware. You try and save some money and end up throwing away over $2500.
