My boyfriend was looking for a new monitor and I just tagged along, but I ended up buying myself another gaming monitor, during the whole process I was having trouble with my computer not connecting to all 3 monitors and Aman was such a big help! Helped us both picked a monitor and solved my problem. Top tier customer service :)

Not only did they move into the worst location possible where getting to it is a nightmare on the weekends, but the staff stopped caring a long time ago. products missing prices nearly no displays or keyboards out to actually test and see before purchasing mangled boxes of products being sold, no care given, no we can plug it into the floor system to check if it works so you don't waste time, no hey, we can treat is as open box (which it was)- only response: "well, did you want to cancel the order?" I regret the thousands in business i gave these guys when it's possible to buy ALL OF THESE THINGS in so many alternate locations. Disorganized layout missing basics like a selection of USB hubs because who would need those? /s last night was the last time I shopped at this location, I'd rather drive the extra 18Km to the Scarborough location. The location atleast has a better selection of items.

Picked up a mouse pad for $7.99 on the tag and they cashed me out for $9.99. Cashier asks me to show him where i got it and we both walked there and he pulled out the tag and walked me back to the front counter. He then tells us it was a different item on the tag. Clearly there were more of the same mouse pad on the rack. He tells me he can't honour it because it's an different item. So now customers have to look at the barcode on the item and on the price tag each time they buy something. If that the case then why do they need like 10 employees working and just standing and talking to themselves. It's just not the $2 difference but the response and how I was treated like i made the mistake.

This store is located is in a convenient plaza with other major shops and the parking is ample, which is to say that if you're waiting for your computer to be repaired you can always visit the many restaurants or get some last minute shopping done at the Canadian Tire. I also prefer this store to the Brampton location because the staff here is eager to please you and much more knowledgeable with the products and services that they offer. That said, I was looking to build a complete system based on my personal specs and was fortunate to get Kelvin since I was impressed with his knowledge and experience in putting together my custom computer. Kelvin (who is more than your average salesperson) was kind enough to advise me on the benefits of their new 4-year Tech Care Repair service which is an advisable addition to get if you're buying expensive parts because this plan covers replacing any part without the hassles. At most other stores, you have to ship the part to the manufacturer and wait for God-know-how-long for it to arrive in the mail which has always been a nuisance to me. Parts like high-end processors, video cards and even Blu-ray writers are quite reasonably priced, but the best (part) that Canada Computer offers is this extended Warranty plan. With their 'Tech Care Repair' plan, you need not worry if your part breaks down for whatever reason (unless of course you decide to take a hammer to it) because it will be replaced free of charge on the premises. What that simply means is you should have your computer up and running the same day and if you're like me, then this is a very important factor since I cannot go past a day without my computer!

I was fortunate enough to get Usman as my Tech Sales to help us with few laptops, His customer service was out of this world. He went above and beyond to help us. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and professional all the way from Point A to the closing of the transaction. Usman answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase and decision. Haven't had this good of service in a long time and highly recommend going to him for your needs. Thank you so much again for your hard work Usman! :)

The last time I went into this store staff were surfing the web (on their personal phones / demo laptops) and more focused on their personal conversations than assisting customers. That day I went into the store with the intent of purchasing a monitor. Unfortunately, the shopping experience was so poor that even if they had my monitor on sale that day I would not want to spend my money there. I would recommend going else where.

Few reasons not to go to Canada Computers; - Canada Computers claims to; "guarantee their price compared to any authorized local Canadian dealer's advertised price on the same brand and model of a product," then you go in and learn that they don't price-match with Newegg because they are their "biggest competitor". The true reason is because they can't get the prices that low. - They make your account inactive without warning, which results in you not being able to redeem points in-store, forcing you to purchase online. - They delete your rewards points if you don't use them within 24 months, there is no reason to do this other than to force people to spend them when they don't want to. - They can never fix storage devices, if yours is broken and you drop your computer off there, ($45) they'll suggest a data transfer ($179.99) then tell you that there's nothing you can do about your device and that you need to buy a new one. Which of course, they can offer you for hundreds of dollars. - They charge $70 to install windows, which Microsoft does for FREE if you call their support line. Their prices have gotten better over the years, but their rebate system is by far the worst I've ever seen. $3000 purchase will net you about $25 in points, which they promptly take away if you don't spend them in time. Don't get mad at the employees, however. They are usually kind and empathetic, however you do get the occasional air-head that has no idea how a cash register works. In summary, the place is extraordinarily anti-consumer, and it really feels like they're out to make you regret your purchase at every corner.
