D	Dean Millar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to update my office/spare bedroom and replace the twin bed with a mores stylish and comfortable sleeper chair. Anet showed me all the options and reviewed all pros and cons between different styles and mattresses. After hemming and hawing over the different options I said I needed to think about it. I live about an hour away from Lazy Boy and asked if there was an option to do over the phone if I decided to move forward. Anet took all my information down and when I called her back to place the order she had all the details at her fingertips. She even face timed me to do my "scratch card" for the discount. All in all the service was great. Unfortunately there is a time delay to receive my new chair as it is a custom order but I am sure I will enjoy once I take delivery!

Several years ago, I purchased a beautiful Archer Signature Leather three seat sofa, and on my recent visit, I purchased a Paxton Sectional for myself, and a recliner for my mother. Before I went shopping, I called the La-Z Boy at the Vaughn location and was fortunate enough to have Anet answer the phone. From that very first phone conversation, Anet went above and beyond to answer my inquiries and she encouraged me to visit the store to look around. In the meantime, before I even visited the store, she answered my questions via text (after hours and on her days off). The Vaughan store is relatively new, and the furniture is perfectly laid out. The staff I met were friendly and welcoming. The manager, Jürgen, stopped by and introduced himself. My mother and I felt very comfortable and unhurried. We spent a lot of time sitting on several different sofas until we made up our minds. In the end, my mother chose a very nice, comfy recliner (James Rocking Recliner), and I chose three pieces from the Paxton collection. I had my heart set on a fabric that I saw online, but it had recently been discontinued. Anet went out of her way to find it for me. Now I am very happy, and I can’t wait for my pieces to be prepared and delivered. Anet has the most wonderful sense of humour. She is also calm, professional, and so proud of the La-Z Boy brand. Several times when we commented on the quality of a piece, she would say “Of course! This is La-Z Boy!” We had a great shopping experience. I recommend that you check out the Vaughan location and ask for Anet.

Tony and the manager, Juergen, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get the chairs for me and to arrange delivery asap. They also followed up to ensure that everything had gone smoothly and that the chairs were delivered. I cannot thank them both enough and highly recommend them and this store for both excellent customer service and satisfaction.

She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. As we were overwhelmed with all the different designs Anet suggested maybe we can use their in store home designer Catherine. I have to say it was a really good idea. Catherine came to our house took measurements and pics. Later that week we met with both Catherine and Anet. Catherine made suggestions and made sure we were on board. Made our decision so much easier. Having us think outside the box. Great service by both women!!!! The only downside is the lead time for the furniture is long?.

Anet immediately greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, eager to help us find what we were looking for. She is such a wonderful and helpful associate who gave us lots of valuable information and recommendations based on what we were searching for. We have kept in touch since regarding the delivery as well as possibly ordering more pieces to go with our new couch. We are so happy with the experience and would recommend Anet to help anyone find what they're looking for. :)

Decent sized show room with lots of items on display, but man...the sales guy didn't give us a second alone to even breath let alone discuss the furniture privately. He didn't pressure us to buy, but if he wasn't directly beside us he was hovering the entire time we were there. I'm sure not all the associates that work here are like that, but it was enough to turn me off. I guess I expected a little more finesse ?‍♀️. Furniture was nice, and well built. Showroom is clean and well lit. Prices were very reasonable. Just, for me, the associate ruined the experience.
