Jesse made the process easy, considering the complexity of a long-distance transaction. We ended up buying the boat sight unseen and it arrived in mint condition as promised. Jesse was patient and very responsive to phone conversations, text messages and video calls (to walk-through the boat) during the entire process. He also helped to prepare the boat for shipping and arrange fast, but cost-effective transport. Thanks for the excellent boat, and all of your help!
