What started out as a likely disappointing online store experiance ended in an amazing customer WOW moment! What could easily have been a dead-end for both Martin and their customer (me) resulted in a much larger sale and a very happy customer because of a great member of the Martin team! From my first call Martin Motorsports were extremely welcoming and answered all my questions. They went out of their way to ensure what I was getting was right for me and even after delivery wanted to make sure everything was right with my boat. Very glad they carry Crestliner and very happy to work with them.

Just picked a Vamoose Odin E-bike. Jeff at the service counter knew his stuff and explained the workings of the E- bike in simple and clear terms. One test ride and I had it down pat. Thanks to Jeff for helping to launch me down the road. The bike is awesome and the service was great.

I’m buying a Crestliner and it was the best decision I’ve made for choosing a boat made for Alberta, it’s rivers and lakes. The salesman and financial team that made it possible were very friendly and helpful. I’m happy to know that I got more than what I needed and wanted in a boat. And looking more into Crestliner boats.. the welded and strengthened aluminum hull designs have given me peace of mind. The lifetime warranty that can be passed forward to a possible second owner is the industries best! The boat in the picture is not mine but I’m getting something similar. I ended up buying the 1750 Fish Hawk. Their main manufacturer, Brunswick, makes good boats. Gregoire Lake in the picture below.

Had the pleasure of being able to take one of the new Zero Motorcycles out for a demo ride with Chad L, one of the salesman for the evening. I was pleasantly surprised at the All electric bike. From an experienced rider with over 25 years of riding, these bikes blew me away. It is something I would recommend for everyday city commute. I have previously been going to Martin for over a decade for past purchases, Nothing but great service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Recently I had an issue with a BRP helmet I purchased at Martin Motorsports, the helmet is a snowmobile helmet that was used all last season, but because I purchased it early in the year (well before last sled season) the standard 1 year BRP warranty time period had passed before I addressed some issues I had with the helmet and was then denied coverage by BRP. Ryan the parts manager reached out to me and rectified the issue by taking my helmet back and getting me a new helmet so I could continue to ride and he said that he will make sure to escalate the issue with BRP to get my old helmet covered. Thanks Ryan for the assistance and all the other great people at MMS, Chad, Dorian, Meagan, I appreciate you all! Highly recommend shopping at Martin, they carry a lot of inventory, work with you to get you fair pricing and discounts when possible, and more importantly they stand behind you and their product if/ when you ever have an issue !!! Chad Leyes in sales is a great guy to have on your side, and nowadays with supply shortages and high demand he will work hard to find you exactly what you’re looking for, even if unfortunately it means you are buying it from another dealer because this season they may not have exactly what you want, Chad would rather refer you elsewhere to ensure you were satisfied then to ever push you into buying something you don’t want just to make a sale, and to me that is true care and integrity towards the consumer. Dorian in parts is an excellent resource, Dorian loves all things Motorsports and truly has the desire to understand your issue and work with you to either find the best accessory for your application or that hard to find part/ bolt/ nut that is just impossible to find. I work away and on night shifts and lots of times I find it hard to call the dealership during business hours, I would say the 9/10 times when I order parts from Martin Motorsports it is via an email that I send Dorian at 2 am when I have time on a night shift and he promptly replies when he is back to work the next morning and gets my order coming and that is a huge help to me since I don’t always have cell signal or time during the day to call and wait on hold. There are several great employees at Martin, I highly recommend giving them the chance to earn your business, you won’t be disappointed!
