★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had only but positive experiences at this store. Yes, plural. Am renovating an entire house and visited the store numerous times before finalizing product selection. Worked with Stefan, who has probably provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, super friendly, efficient. Always made time to see me, even stayed past closing time one evening. Oh and practical. Didn’t try to upsell and pointed out some things I wouldn’t have thought about when it came to product features (things to avoid and choose). Store very clean. Good selection. Just wished they would stay open later one night a week:). Thanks for everything Stefan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the summer we purchased our kitchen faucet from Best. We are now finishing a commercial space and went right to Best. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and have great selection. Bonnie was amazing in plumbing and Devanee was attentive in lighting. A wonderful experience and would recommend in a heart beat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesperson we dealt with was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with a lot of useful information.
We were provided pricing for a bunch of items we needed, and when we were ready to place the order (a couple days later) the salesperson told us the price for our glass shower doors had increased 20% overnight, and that our price for the Toto washlet we wanted was no longer valid. We had price-matched the washlet, and that price was no longer available on amazon, so tough luck for us.
I don't blame the salesperson - the company policy is to hold pricing for a maximum of 1 day. Regardless, this left a sour taste in our mouth, so we went elsewhere and were able to get the exact same supplies at lower cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here after my neibour recommended this place, was greeted by the receptionist and was paired up with Stephan. Gave my background story and we went looking at moen bathroom fixtures. I asked him what's the difference between the products here and a big box store and we explained the differences. Away I went with my two fixtures. Came back the next day as I wanted a low flow shower head.
Had a to wait as the sales people were busy, its Saturday. The receptionist checked in with me twice and apologized for the delay. Got paired up with another sales rep we went over what I needed and I needed a new kitchen faucet as well. The return process was smooth. Paid for my items and went to pick them up.
I read the bad reviews of any place I go just to get a feel for some issues. For me the service was really good and I will be back. The prices generally start from slightly more than big box stores and they go way up but they look really good.

They were kind, patient & very thorough. They took time to ensure I had what I needed & didn't brush any of my inquires off. Extremely satisfied with the help they offered. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs some plumbing advice. Got what I needed & at very affordable prices!!!
