★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to support local rather than a trip to Home Depot for plumbing supplies during COVID to fix 2 toilets. All the staff including Laura and Victor were extremely helpful not only in getting me some specialty parts, but their plumbing knowledge was extremely helpful in assisting me with the repairs. Definitely recommend those in Durham (and beyond) support this business!

They helped me diagnose the problem, and were able to identify the unique part I needed. They even carried it in stock. Thank you so much for your help, Plumbers Supply will be my go to store moving forward!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll be honest, plumbing supplies are not products that I'm well versed on or usually overly excited about.
I had a problem with a leaky faucet and the cartridge I needed was not something that was generic. I emailed their customer support with pictures and Viktor responded almost right away with the link to the exact cartridge I needed. Since I was not able to make it in person during their store hours, they shipped the part to me. I received it a few days later and my plumber came install shortly after. Unfortunately, the part didn't fit and I called Viktor, who identified the problem and course-corrected right away. The wrong part was inadvertently sent out and they shipped me the correct one at no extra charge. I received the correct one the very next day!
This company takes ownership and makes things right. There are not a lot of businesses who have integrity like this. Ladies (and Gents), I highly recommend this shop. They are people who genuinely care about what they do, so you can continue doing the stuff you really love! Thanks again, Viktor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mus'ab absolutely saved the day for my bathroom renovation. Was in dire straights for some Kitec adapters and luckily they had them in stock and shipped them express to me in Saskatchewan. Can't say enough good things, Mus'ab went above and beyond, thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from Scarborough but drove to Pickering to pick up a cartridge we were desperate to replace the same day. Definitely worth the commute! The guy helping us was very knowledgeable and gave us information on the specific Moen cartridge for our bathtub. Their price was not that different than Home Depot or Amazon; maybe a few bucks more? But the convenience of an experienced employee and the specific parts available to purchase right then and there was definitely worth the few dollars more. I highly recommend going for your plumbing needs, as I will definitely be coming back in the future.
