I've priced various common supplies when we were thinking of making the switch from different Electrical supplier and they were a few dollars cheaper on everything even though we had been dealing with the other place for like a decade. The employees are great, they try to make sure I have everything I need, even if I forget a component they are knowledgeable enough to check if I need that thing or not. They've never gotten an order wrong yet as of today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know Jenco products from long time. As electrician I’ll recommend them as quality and low price! However the Pickering location disappoints! On jencocanada.ca this store business hours is 7:30-5:00. On storefront 9:00-7:00. Today Thursday 6 September 2018 at 9:37 store isn’t open!

I am now trying to match the recessed lights we purchased previously. I have phoned 3 times and each time a call back was promised. They were given 5 stars two years ago. They've now lost one for each time I've been ignored. When he didn't call an hour ago as promised I decided to buy from Amazon.
